
Blessing Of The Energy Centers + Breathing Technique

This meditation is a combination of the breathing exercise and The Blessing of the Energy Centers meditation from Dr. Joe Dispenza's book 'Becoming Supernatural.' You'll start with the breatching technique before proceeding into blessing each of your energy centers so you can recondition your body to a new mind.

You are listening to a meditation from SoundScienceSoul.
In this meditation,
You are first practicing a breathing technique used to pull the mind out of the body so you can recondition the body to a new mind.
Because thoughts and emotions are stored primarily in the lower energy centers,
This breathing exercise helps to move stored energy from the first three centers up to the spine to the brain,
Restoring the electromagnetic field around the body to pull the mind out of the body.
You'll be contracting muscles in order to move cerebral spinal fluid up to the brain,
And in the process taking emotions like anger,
Fear,
Grief,
And guilt,
And turning them into emotions like love,
Joy,
And gratitude.
After you practice the breath,
You will move into the Blessing of the Energy Centers meditation to create coherence in each energy center so your body can more fully respond to a new mind.
Both of these practices are from Dr.
Joe Dispenza's book,
Becoming Supernatural.
Read this book if you haven't already in order to fully understand this exercise.
To start with the breath,
You will be pulling the energy all the way from the lower centers up the spine and following your breath to the top of your head.
Then you will hold your breath while squeezing the muscles to direct the energy.
Next we'll walk through each individual step to make it easier to understand the exercise when you put each step together.
So let's begin.
Sit up straight with your spine erect,
Your eyes closed,
And place your hands in your lap or on your knees,
Whatever is most comfortable to you.
And then lift up your perineum and squeeze,
But breathe normally.
Squeeze the muscles as tight as you can and then hold for a count of five.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Now let go and relax.
Squeeze again and hold for another count of five.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Let go and relax.
Squeeze one final time and hold for five.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Relax.
This time squeeze the muscles in your perineum while squeezing the muscles in your lower abdomen.
Pull the lower abdomen up and in so you lock in the first two centers.
Don't hold your breath,
But continue holding the muscles for a count of five.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Relax.
Repeat,
Squeezing the muscles in the perineum and lower abdomen,
Holding for five.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Relax.
Repeat one last time.
Again holding the muscles for five.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Now relax completely.
This time squeeze and lift in and up the muscles in your perineum,
In your lower abdomen,
And the muscles of your upper abdomen all at the same time,
Tightening your entire core and the first three energy centers.
Holding again for a count of five.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And relax.
Hold again for five.
Remember to lift in and up the muscles of your perineum,
Your lower abdomen,
And your upper abdomen.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Relax.
Hold again for five,
Lifting in and up.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Relax.
At this point,
Place your finger on the top of your head,
Poking your fingernail into the center of your scalp.
So you remember this point when your finger is no longer there.
This is where you want to remember to place your attention.
Place your hands back on your knees or in your lap.
And without squeezing any muscles,
Take a slow,
Steady breath through your nose and follow that breath through your perineum,
Your lower abdomen,
Your upper abdomen,
The center of your chest,
Your throat,
Through your brain,
And up to the top of your head where you placed your finger.
Once at the top of your head,
Hold your breath,
Keeping focused attention on the top of your head for a count of ten.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
Relax.
Do the same breath again through your nose without contracting your muscles.
Again you are pulling energy up a tube like you would through a straw,
Bringing the energy up from your perineum to the top of your head,
Holding focused awareness at the top of your head for a count of ten again.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
Relax.
Now that you've done and understand all the individual pieces you put out all together,
Inhale through the nose while pulling the muscles up and in at the same time.
Squeeze the muscles of the perineum,
The lower abdomen,
The upper abdomen all at the same time.
Pull all of the stored energy of those centers to the brain by following the breath through those centers and then through the chest,
The throat,
The brain,
All the way to the top of the head.
Keep your attention here,
Holding the breath as you squeeze the muscles and holding for ten.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
Exhale and completely relax.
Now repeat this breath two more times.
Inhale through the nose,
Pulling the muscles up and in at the same time,
Squeezing the muscles of the perineum,
The lower abdomen,
And the upper abdomen all at the same time,
Pulling all of the stored energy of those centers to the brain,
Following the breath through those centers and then through the chest,
The throat,
The brain,
All the way to the top of the head.
Keep your attention here,
Holding the breath as you squeeze the muscles and hold for ten.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
Exhale and relax.
And then one last time,
Inhale through the nose,
Pulling the muscles up and in at the same time,
Squeezing the muscles of the perineum,
The lower abdomen,
And the upper abdomen all at the same time,
Pull all of the stored energy of those centers to the brain by following the breath through those centers and then through the chest,
The throat,
The brain,
All the way to the top of the head.
Keep your attention here,
Holding the breath as you squeeze the muscles and hold for ten.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
Exhale and relax.
Breathe normally,
A slow,
Steady breath.
And now that you are fully relaxed,
Your energy redistributed,
You will concentrate on each energy center to create coherence so your body can respond to a new mind.
Place your attention on the first center.
This is the area around your perineum,
Around your sex organs.
It has to do with reproduction,
Procreation,
Elimination,
Your hormones and your sexuality.
This area is all about creative energy.
When in balance,
Creative energy flows more easily.
Begin to feel the space around the center and out around your body around the center.
Open up and expand the space around the center until you can sense the greater space that exists,
The infinite space,
The vastness of space.
Once you feel that expansion,
Bless the center for the highest good.
Raise the frequency of this center by feeling an elevated emotion.
You may choose to feel love,
Peace,
Gratitude,
Joy or another emotion.
Stay with this emotion.
Now place your attention on the second center.
This center is located behind and slightly below your navel.
It's connected to the colon,
The pancreas,
The uterus,
The ovaries and the lower back.
It's all about digestion,
Consumption,
Elimination and converting your food into energy.
This area is related to relationships,
Your family,
Your culture.
It's where you either hold on to things,
Resisting or you let go and surrender.
When this area is in balance,
You feel safe and secure.
Feel into the space around the center and out around your body and open up and expand the space around the center until you feel the greater space that exists,
That infinite space,
That vastness of space.
Once you can feel that expansion,
Bless the center for the highest good.
Visualize the frequency of this center by feeling a chosen elevated emotion.
Now place your attention on the third center located in the pit of your gut.
This area is connected to the stomach,
The adrenals,
The kidneys,
The spleen,
The liver,
Gallbladder and small intestine.
Various hormones and enzymes are associated with this area,
Including liver and stomach enzymes,
Adrenaline and cortisol.
This center is connected to your will,
Your personal power,
Your drive,
Competition,
Self-esteem and aggression.
When it's in balance,
You use your will and drive to overcome conditions in your life.
Feel into the space of this center out around your body and open up and expand the space around the center,
Sensing the greater space that exists,
The vastness of space.
And again,
Once you feel that expansion,
Bless the center for the highest good.
Feel your elevated emotion.
Place your attention on the fourth center near the heart behind your breastbone.
This area is connected to the heart,
The lungs and the thymus gland.
It's associated with oxytocin,
The feel-good bonding chemical,
With your growth hormones and various chemicals that stimulate the immune system.
This center is associated with love and kindness,
Selflessness,
Gratitude,
Nurturing,
Trust and compassion.
And when in balance,
You feel whole,
Complete,
You have a love for life,
You care about others and want to do what is for the greatest good of all.
Feel the space around the center and out around your body and open it up and expand that space,
Sensing the greater space that exists,
The infinite amount of space.
As you feel that expansion,
Bless that center for its highest good,
For your highest good,
For the greater good.
Feel your elevated emotion.
Now place your attention on the fifth center in the center of your throat.
Here lies the thyroid,
The saliva glands,
The tissues of the neck and the thyroid hormones that control metabolism.
This center is about expressing the love that exists in the fourth center.
It's about speaking your truth and using your voice.
It's about empowerment.
And when in balance,
You voice your truth,
You express love.
And because of your happiness with life,
You feel free and empowered to express your thoughts and feelings.
Feel the space around the center and around your body.
And continue to open up and expand that space as you sense a greater space that exists,
An infinite space of vastness.
As you feel that expansion,
Bless the center for its highest good,
For the highest good of all,
Raising the frequency by feeling an elevated emotion,
Whether you choose love,
Peace,
Gratitude,
Joy,
Or something else.
Place your attention on the sixth center,
Located between the back of your throat and the back of your head,
Or at the center of your brain toward the back of your head.
Here lies the pineal gland.
It's associated with higher dimensions.
When it's open,
You tune into higher frequencies beyond your five senses.
The pineal gland secretes hormones like serotonin and melatonin.
And when in balance,
Your brain is more conscious of your inner and outer worlds,
Perceiving more.
Feel the space around the center and around your body.
Continuing to open up and expand the space around the center until you can sense the greater space that exists,
That feeling of infinite space.
And as you feel the expansion around the space,
Around the center,
Bless the center for the highest good,
And raise the frequency of that center by feeling your elevated emotion.
Love,
Peace,
Gratitude,
Joy,
Or another emotion.
Place your attention on the seventh center in the center of your head,
Where lies your pituitary gland.
This is associated with divinity and your highest level of consciousness.
When in balance,
This means you are in harmony with all things.
Feel the space around the center and out around your body,
And continue to open it up and expand that space around the center until you can sense a greater space that exists,
An infinite space of vastness of space that you are a part of.
Once you feel the expansion of space around the center,
Bless the center for the highest good,
Feeling an elevated emotion to raise the frequency here.
You may feel love,
Peace,
Gratitude,
Joy.
Continue to focus on those emotions.
Now place your attention on the eighth and final center,
Located about 16 inches above your head,
And bless this center with gratitude.
Feel the elevated emotion of gratitude.
This energy center is connected to the quantum field.
It is your connection to the universe.
It's your connection to all.
When this center is open,
You gain insights.
You gain deeper understandings.
You gain creative information,
Not from yourself,
But it comes from the universe or the unified field or in higher power,
Whatever you call the power greater than yourself.
Now finally,
Place your attention on the electromagnetic field that surrounds your body.
You are creating a unified new field of energy.
And as your body draws new electromagnetic energy,
You increase your light,
You increase your energy,
You increase your frequency,
And you become less matter.
As you place your attention on this field,
Lie still for at least 15 minutes,
Surrendering and allowing your autonomic nervous system to integrate the new information into your body.
The music will continue playing for the next 15 minutes and you will no longer hear my voice.

The breath mediation I was looking for while reading ‘Becoming Supernatural’, this is what Dispenza referenced but I was never able to find in his writings in the book.

Such a relaxing experience. The first part, clenching the muscles around the base energy centers felt like a complete workout, as did the breath holds. But worth it as it really allowed me to fully relax for the last part. Thank you for this session 💚

Great meditation, I do think your description of the centers were a bit off, creative energy comes from the second center, aka sacral chakra, but I was able to roll with it and felt beautiful pulsing waves of excitement and bliss in the last 15 minutes when you stopped talking
