Begin to focus inward.
Inhale serenity,
Feeling your spirit elevate.
Exhale slowly,
Releasing all thoughts,
All things weighing you down.
Find solace in this moment,
Allowing your thoughts to calm and your mind to settle.
Envision a warm gentle light surrounding you,
Providing a space of profound peace and focus.
Absorb this light.
Let it purify your being.
With each breath,
See this soothing light grow bringing serenity to every cell.
Exhale,
Let go,
And delve deeper into the now.
Allow your spirit to float in this peaceful cosmos,
With the music guiding your journey deeper into the realms of the alpha state.
Now begin to count backwards slowly from 100.
Each number is a step deeper into relaxation,
A step further into the serene embrace of the alpha state.
Now let the music guide your soul as you continue your counting.
Allow it to become the focal point,
Eliminating distractions.
And when you hear my voice again,
It will be time to gently return.
It's now time to gently come back from the serene journey.
Feel the gentle reawakening of your mind as my voice guides you to consciousness.
Feel your breath becoming more present,
More conscious,
And relish the quietness and serenity within your being.
When you are ready,
Start to make subtle movements,
Awakening your body slowly,
Feeling the harmonious energy flow through you.
And when it feels right,
Slowly,
But very slowly,
Open your eyes,
Integrate back into your environment,
But hold on to the profound peace and clarity you acquired in the alpha state.
