Feel the muscles stretching,

Your shoulders,

Now feel lighter,
As if an invisible weight has been lifted.
The serenity cascades down your arms,
Reaching every finger,
Reminding them of their inherent grace and strength.
As your chest rises and falls,
Feel it embraced by the gentle warmth spreading across your ribs and sternum.
Your heart beating steadily,
Pulses in harmony with the music.
And behind you,
Each vertebrae in your spine aligns,
From the nape of your neck to the base of your spine.
This gentle energy now moves to your pelvis and your hips,
Grounding them,
Connecting them deeply to the surface below.
Let go of any residual tightness and feel this relaxation flow down your legs,
Wrapping around your knees and your calves and your ankles.
Lastly,
This energy reaches your feet,
Your pillars of support.
They are bathed in the warm energy,
