Find a comfortable position,
Seated with an upright spine.
Close your eyes,
Relax your shoulders,
Your face,
Especially your jaw and your tongue.
And fully arrive in the here and now by taking deep breath into your belly and chest.
As a breath always is a beautiful way to anchor,
To center,
To align.
Just focusing on the rhythm of your breath,
On the movement of your inhale and exhale through the nose.
With every inhale,
You lengthen your spine.
With every exhale,
You release any thoughts,
Any emotions,
Any body sensations that are not needed right now.
With every inhale,
You regain clarity,
Strength,
New vitality.
With every exhale,
You release any stuck energy from your system,
Becoming more and more lighter with every breath.
Imagine your root going down into the ground and your crown reaching upwards into the sky,
Being the channel between earth and sky.
Bring your inner focus to the center above your crown.
Imagine in mid-air hovering a golden light,
Almost like a halo.
Very bright,
Light,
Golden,
White,
Shimmering,
Littering maybe.
And with every breath,
You see it more clearly,
Feel it more presently.
Imagining that this golden,
Whitish light symbolizes your soul.
Although knowing that your soul,
Of course,
Is much vaster than that.
But this helps your mind to focus on something.
If you wish,
You can also expand this light a little bit more outwards or around you,
Surrounding you,
Embracing your whole being.
Either way,
Imagine light,
Bright light.
And as you sit with this visualization,
Think about one question you currently have in your life.
Maybe that is something very dear to your heart.
Maybe something you have already thought through a lot of times and never received a clear,
Full answer.
Or maybe it's something very recent,
Something very new,
Or something you are just curious about.
One single question that is burning inside of you.
And then send this question into the light.
Speak it internally or externally out loud.
And listen deeply what your soul answers.
Beyond logic,
Beyond what your mind wants to answer.
Because there is something deeper inside of you.
Something more intelligent,
Bypassing your belief system and your conditionings.
And this answer can come as a real answer in form of a sentence or a word.
But it may also come as a symbol,
As an image,
As colors,
Patterns,
Forms,
Or body sensations.
Listen more closely,
More deeply.
And if you feel it is necessary,
You may ask this question again or reformulate the question in a different direction.
What do you receive?
I know whatever you receive,
Your system will receive an answer,
No matter if your mind understands it or not.
Because your body has its own intelligence of processing,
Of integrating.
And so sit here for a moment,
Receiving your answer in whichever form it wants to come to you.
Maybe asking follow-up questions,
But staying to the same topic.
And then imagine this golden white light coming downwards,
Inwards,
Penetrating your whole being.
Infusing you with this answer,
With clarity,
With direction,
With peace.
And with knowing that you carry already all answers within you.
Even though sometimes we feel lost or confused or overwhelmed.
There is always an answer awaiting you in the perfect timing.
This golden light nourishing you,
Breathe it in through the nose.
And let it spread throughout your whole body and aura with an exhale throughout the mouth.
And whenever you feel ready,
Open your eyes.
Grateful,
Present and aligned.
