
Guided Partner Ritual – Love & Gratitude
Experience the profound beauty of connecting with your partner in a guided meditation ritual designed to open your hearts and deepen gratitude for one another. Through eye gazing, shared presence, synchronised breath, and heart-to-heart touch, this practice creates a sacred space to honour your bond, appreciate each other's essence, and cultivate a sense of unity. Allow this ritual to strengthen your connection and serve as a reminder of the love and gratitude you share on a soul level beyond any identities, roles, masks, or stories.

Find a peaceful and nurturing space where you can sit down in a cross-legged position opposite each other.
Maybe you want to light some candles or dim the lights,
Check that your phones are off or in airplane mode so that you can be undisturbed for the next couple of minutes together.
And really see it as a sacred space for both of you,
Where you can connect heart to heart,
Soul to soul.
So sit down in a cross-legged position opposite each other,
No touch,
No words and take a moment to close your eyes and first land here,
Ground yourself in your own body,
In your own energy.
Place your hands on your heart and take deep breath into your chest,
Into your heart space.
Letting any thoughts or emotions from the day pass by,
Let them dissolve into nothingness and become still and present here and now.
And noticing that with each breath you take,
You become a little more present,
A little more grounded and centered,
Balanced,
Aligned with your own heart and truth.
Let any masks fall away,
Any identities or roles,
As if you wanted to purify yourself,
To just be you,
Who you truly are,
Your essence,
Your core,
Your love vibration,
Your purest self.
So that with each breath you also unpeel layers of conditioning,
Layers of these masks and roles you've taken on or given yourself.
And then the one who identifies as feminine places her hands on the ground,
Still the eyes closed,
Just to connect with Mother Earth,
With the feminine energy.
And drawing in the nurturing aspect of the feminine,
The strength through love and devotion.
And whilst the feminine is doing so,
The one identifying as a masculine in this polarity between you,
Raises his hands to the sky.
Wide open arms,
Channeling the energy of Father Sky for presence,
Groundedness,
Stability.
To just take a moment to charge yourself,
Also dissolving any personal identifications,
Becoming a vessel of the feminine and the masculine energies,
Beyond stories.
And then bring your hands in front of your chest,
Placing your palms together in an Anjali Mudra Namaste position.
And just before you open the eyes,
Tune into the energy of the person in front of you,
Without seeing,
Just feeling the energetic connection between you.
And you may notice a shift in your own aura,
In your own energy field,
By opening up to this second and third energy.
So your energy is the first,
The primal energy,
The energy of the person in front of you,
The second.
And the co-created energy between you both is the third energy field,
And all three interplay now.
And then slowly open your eyes,
Your hands still placed on top of each other,
And meet with your eyes,
Look into the eyes of the other,
No words,
No touch,
Just a glance of gratitude for this shared practice together.
And then drop your hands in your lap or on your knees,
On your thighs,
And remain stable with your gaze,
Look into each other's eyes,
As if you've seen each other for the very first time.
Curious,
What is behind this other person,
The stories,
The identities,
The roles,
What is the soul behind everything,
Behind this physical form.
And also imagining that by looking into each other's eyes,
The feminine and the masculine meet,
As overarching principles of the divine play of the cosmic forces.
Stay present,
And whatever emotions come up during this process,
Just be gentle with yourself and allow yourself to feel whatever arises.
There may be joy,
There may be sadness,
There may be images that come up that you see in the other,
Or stories you share.
Your heart may be deeply touched,
So let anything that arises just be as it is,
Noticing,
Witnessing it,
Feeling it.
And I will leave you now for a couple of minutes in silence,
And will bring you back by my guidance.
So just stay here,
Looking into each other's eyes,
No words,
No touch,
Deeply connecting from soul to soul.
And now it is time to move to our second part of the meditation of this ritual.
Stay in contact through the eyes,
But move a bit closer so that your knees can touch and that you can hold each other's hands.
The feminine places her hands in the masculine.
So the masculine has his palms facing upwards,
The feminine the palms facing downwards into the hands of the masculine.
As a symbol of giving and receiving,
Of holding and being held.
Now you may wish to just for a short moment close your eyes and feel into this physical connection.
And the difference between being physically connected and being apart.
What does it do energetically with your energy,
With your person's energy,
And the co-created third energy between both of you.
Maybe you can feel the warmth of each other,
The aliveness,
The principle of giving and receiving,
Holding and being held,
Masculine and feminine.
Maybe you can notice the heartbeat through the hands of each other.
And then if you have your eyes closed,
Open your eyes and look into each other's eyes again.
And also notice the breath of each other.
How are you breathing right now?
Maybe it's a shallow breath or a deep breath,
Long or short,
Slow or fast.
And then try to synchronize your breath.
So whenever you inhale,
Your partner also inhales.
And whenever you exhale,
Your partner also exhales.
Take some time to align your breath and really pay attention of your partner.
And maybe it helps to breathe in and out through the mouth for a moment,
Just so that you feel each other deeper.
Maybe you also want to invite some movement that you expand your chest visibly with the inhale and lower it again with the exhale.
Just find your own rhythm together as a team.
And when you have your breathing pattern,
Stay with it for some minutes,
Breathing together as one.
And I will call you back in when it's time.
Beautiful.
Now breathing still as one unit.
Keep this breath,
Keep your eye contact and just change the position of your hands.
You place your left hand on your own heart.
And your right hand on top of the left hand of your partner.
So your left hand is on your own heart and the right hand is on the heart of your partner,
On top of the hand of your partner.
You are connected through the eyes,
You are connected through your breath,
You are connected through your hands.
And even still you are connected with your knees,
All these touch points.
And maybe now in this phase not only your breath aligns but also your heartbeat can synchronize.
Beating in one love,
The feminine and masculine united.
And taking this as an invitation to connect even deeper beyond all the layers you have identified so far.
Dropping the thoughts,
Just being in a state of pure love and pure gratitude for each other.
Now imagine that you are sending love energy between your hearts.
Creating a loop or even an infinity sign of love energy between your hearts.
Consciously visualizing loving,
Lightful energy between you and your partner.
Nurturing both of you.
It's a balance between give and take.
Sending and receiving,
Masculine and feminine.
And with this cycle of love energy,
Your hands on each other's hearts and your own heart.
Breathing together,
Being connected together,
Looking into each other's eyes.
Stay here for some minutes and I will guide you afterwards to the next stage.
Now take a last deep breath in of this love energy and out.
And slowly release your right hand from your partner's heart and bring it to your own heart so that both hands are now on your own heart.
Slowly parting your knees so that you are separated again physically.
Drawing your energy back towards yourself while still remaining in contact energetically through little threads of love.
And then close your eyes.
Let this experience settle in your system.
Take a moment for yourself to center,
To align,
To balance anything that you feel is out of balance.
To feel your own body again,
Your own system.
And then place your hands on each other in namaste again.
Bowing down to your heart.
Slowly opening your eyes with the hands still in place,
Looking into each other's eyes and bowing down to each other.
Giving thanks for this beautiful shared experience,
For these moments,
For this co-created energy of love and gratitude.
Maybe seeing now the other person in a different light,
More from a soul to soul level.
And if you wish,
You can now take afterwards some minutes to share each other's experiences so that each one has some time to express what it is,
Whatever wants to be expressed.
And if you wish,
