Take a seat and close your eyes,
Arriving,
Preparing for your journey of shifting your identity,
Being guided to a new version of yourself that you may already feel inside below the surface bubbling inside of you,
Or that you may still be curious to discover today.
Take a moment to check in with yourself how you feel physically,
Emotionally,
Mentally and spiritually,
Observing this very moment,
Also your senses,
Just becoming very aware of your current state of being in different directions and dimensions,
Honoring however and whatever you felt,
Saw,
Heard.
And then imagine that from above a cleansing rain shower comes down,
Pouring down onto you,
Washing everything clean,
Everything pure,
Releasing everything that is not serving right now for this process.
It's a warm,
Embracing,
Nurturing rain,
Feeling the sensations,
Imagining the sensations on your body,
On your skin,
The wetness,
The tingling,
The refreshing,
Nurturing rain,
As if all the dust and dirt that had been part of you for so long that has been part of your identity but are not serving you anymore are washed away.
You don't even have to know what it is exactly,
What needs to be washed away,
Just put the intention in this visualization and the rest will be taken care of.
So I leave you here for a moment in this rain to be purified before we continue our journey.
And then watch how everything that once served a purpose,
That is now outdated,
Is sinking into the earth,
Into the ground,
And is transformed from Mother Earth into something new.
And you remain like a clean slate,
Like a newborn,
And the rain slowly vanishes,
Sunshine,
Healing light,
Shining on your skin,
Smiling at you to invite you to stay open to whatever awaits you today and to not have any expectations what is going to happen.
And the sunlight,
This shining,
Bright,
Golden light illuminates your heart,
Activates your heart that is beating on this physical dimension for you,
So your soul can accomplish its mission Maybe you want to place also your hands on your heart to even feel more connected with this center of love.
And then from the nourishment of the rain and the sun you see a beautiful flower blossoming out of your heart,
Maybe your favorite flower,
Opening petal by petal from your heart.
And in awe,
In curiosity,
You observe this flower opening,
Realizing that it is a portal,
A portal into your new self,
Into your next identity,
Into the shift that you may have been waiting for so long.
So once the flower is fully blossoming,
Enter the flower,
Enter this portal,
Go through the flower and see there is a spiraling staircase upwards.
Take the first step on the staircase and follow along the spiral up into the clouds of the mystery of your being.
Step by step,
You feel lighter and you feel more filled with light.
You feel love embracing you.
You see maybe symbols and signs along the way,
Already pointing to what awaits you above at the end of the staircase,
Or maybe even pointing,
Hinting already to elements,
Forgotten parts of yourself,
Of your new identity.
Step by step,
You feel more curious,
More excited,
Your heart beating.
And then slowly you reach the last step of the spiraling staircase,
Amidst the clouds,
Something unveils.
Just faintly,
You see something in the distance,
Like a throne,
And someone sitting on this throne.
You approach this figure slowly,
Consciously,
Cautiously,
Curiously,
And this person becomes more visible.
You see the shape,
The form,
The eyes,
How this figure is dressed,
And a smile greeting you once you reach fully this throne.
Look into the eyes of this figure.
See the reflection of yourself in it,
In her,
In him,
Realizing it is you looking at yourself,
Just as a new version,
Maybe your highest version of pure love and light,
In your divinity,
In your God or Goddess essence of truth.
Take a moment to really look at each detail with all your senses.
What do you see?
What do you feel?
What do you hear,
Smell,
And taste?
Can you see that it is you?
Can you feel that it is you?
Can you acknowledge that this being sitting on the throne has always been inside of you,
Has just waited for you to get ready to receive it,
To live it fully,
Express it fully,
To embody it on earth?
Look into the eyes of yourself in this new version,
In this new identity.
Smile at yourself.
Maybe if you feel,
Exchange some words of gratitude,
Of awe,
Of honoring yourself,
And then step even closer to this figure that is you.
Reach the hand to her or his hand.
Connect your palms,
Both palms.
Get ignited by the vibration of your higher self.
Feel the energy rushing through you,
Liquid golden light,
Merging your palms together,
Merging your hearts together,
Merging the rest of your body together,
So you become one,
Morphing into this next version.
Morphing into this higher self,
Morphing back into a yet even purer version of your being,
Connected to your soul,
Connected to love,
Connected to your higher self and the universe.
You are fully merged,
Sitting on the throne,
Claiming,
Reclaiming your power of your divine essence and truth.
Bathe a moment in this feeling of being your new identity,
This identity that already was living inside of you and waited for you,
Waited for you,
To be reclaimed.
You are already it.
It is done.
And then anchor this image you have from this version of yourself in each cell of your body,
So that you bring it down from the subtle layer to the more dense layer of the physical plane.
And then as this new version,
You're getting up from your throne,
Walking the staircase downwards,
Step by step spiraling back into your heart,
Step by step becoming more confident,
Walking in this new shell,
In this new form of your being,
Step by step feeling how good it feels to be finally transformed.
You reach your heart,
You exit the portal of your flower,
And you spread the energy of your new self into your physical temple,
Illuminating all of your cells,
Giving them the new vibration of your being,
Letting them know,
Now it's time to embody my new self.
And you may want to repeat after me,
I'm now ready to embody my next level version.
I'm now ready to embody my higher self.
I'm now ready to embody my true essence.
So be it,
So it already is.
And then take a deep breath in through the nose,
And out through the mouth,
Touching your body so you feel your physical form again,
Caressing you,
Embracing you,
Smiling at you.
And whenever you are ready,
Opening your eyes again.
