In this meditation,
I will align myself to the truth.
The truth means that which is eternal.
The truth always is.
The truth is unchanging.
The truth is immortal.
It never begins and it never ends.
It is never born and can never die.
So I elevate my thoughts to a state of truth.
I come back to the consciousness of I,
The being of light.
And when I let go of everything connected to me on this physical plane and when I remember that I am just light,
Pure consciousness,
Then this is my truth.
And now I take my thoughts,
My feelings upwards and I connect with the One who is forever the truth.
The One who is consistently,
Eternally pure.
That one source of light that is forever.
He never changes.
He never degrades.
He is neither made or destroyed.
He is forever.
And this one point of pure energy,
Of goodness,
Is truth throughout time.
And wherever his light reaches,
He creates truth.
So as an eternal being,
As a point of consciousness,
I reconnect myself.
I realign myself with the truth.
That light might be invisible and yet I can feel the purity of this energy.
I can feel how in the presence of the truth I too can hold my energy.
I can hold this feeling of just being eternal light.
A light that is made of goodness.
A light that wants to shine.
A light that was created to guide,
To support,
To uplift others.
And in this connection with that one eternal truth,
I realize that my energy has completely transformed.
There is stillness.
There is silence within my mind.
There are no more desires,
No more expectations and no more needs.
Because the truth is complete.
It is a state of fullness.
And I feel my state of completion,
My state of stillness,
My mind completely transformed into purity and goodness.
And I stay for a few moments just feeling the power of this truth.
The world revolves around me but the truth stays still,
Stays stable.
And in this moment I too can just be connected to truth,
To eternity,
To purity.
