Sit quietly and allow your body to relax.
This meditation will allow you to create change by making a choice.
Anything can be changed within me when I'm ready to make that change.
Change requires me to understand why I should take a new direction and also the benefits that I will get through that change.
And any change begins with choosing a new pattern of thinking,
A new pattern of feeling.
So today let me sit and understand that I can continue with feelings of pain,
Sorrow,
Negativity and loss.
But I also have a choice right here,
Right now.
It doesn't take a lot to create change.
I just have to create one new thought.
So I gently turn my attention within and I see that screen of my mind and I notice what kind of thoughts I have been having.
Are these thoughts serving me well?
Are these thoughts the best for me and for others?
Will these thoughts really help me to feel good about life?
Somewhere deep within me there is a voice of truth,
An inner voice of purity,
Of strength that knows what I should do.
And as I sit with myself in silence,
Creating some stillness in that inner space,
In my inner self,
I allow my voice of wisdom to speak.
Change is possible and change is not difficult.
On the screen of my mind I just need to create one strong thought,
A thought that takes me towards positivity,
A thought that gives me the determination and the will to be able to move forward.
A new thought that allows me to let go of that which is old,
That which I have repeated many times.
Let me create that new thought now,
One that comes from a space of positivity,
Understanding and a deep sense of love for myself.
Knowing that positive thinking will only bring benefit to me.
It's okay to move on.
It's okay to allow the past to rest.
It's okay to create this inner transformation.
And as I hold this thought of change,
I create a different feeling within me.
I uplift my feelings.
I uplift my inner energy.
And this energy changes my attitude to life,
Towards myself,
Towards others,
Towards circumstances.
This inner pure positive energy also spreads into my body,
Creating wellness in my physical being.
Feeling change takes courage.
The benefits,
The results are huge.
Let me sit for a minute just feeling the impact of a positive determined thought.
I feel the shift in my energy right here,
Right now.
And by changing the direction of my life,
It doesn't mean that I deny the past or I suppress the emotions.
It just means that I allow life to move on and I allow myself to move with life,
With an attitude of positivity,
Optimism and healing,
So that I can become a pillar of strength for others around me and show them how to create their own inner change.
