Good morning,

Dear one.

Welcome to this guided,

Day-starter meditation practice.

I invite you to take a comfortable seated position,

Either on your chair or on your mat,

Cross-legged,

On your meditation kitchen or on your sofa,

Whatever feels right for you.

Gently closing your eyes if you haven't closed them already,

Placing your hands on your knees in your lap,

Gently guiding your awareness into your chest,

Softening your chest,

Through your face,

Relaxing the face and into your spine,

Feeling that strength of the spine,

Supporting you and holding you up.

We imagine that we have a string attached from the crown of our head that is pulling us up towards the ceiling above us.

And we imagine that this string is pulling us so high up that it's stretching our spine,

Pulling it nice and long,

As if we were growing five millimeters taller,

Waking that spine up,

That sleepy spine from the night,

From the line,

And just bringing focus into it,

Bringing that energy into it and bringing that hold into it that we wish to carry with us for the day ahead.

And we bring our awareness into our breath,

Observing those gentle inhales and exhales,

Observing that flow of life,

Being grateful for being woken up with that breath,

Being grateful for having another day ahead,

Being grateful to have another 24 hours to work on our dreams,

To go after our mission,

To realize our goals,

To be happy,

To spend time with the people that we love,

To give back and to be,

To look for ourselves,

Another 24 hours to create,

To build whatever is of value for us,

Whatever it is that we want to leave behind.

And in our mind,

We are now traveling into that day that is waiting for us.

We're traveling through that day and we're scanning what the things are that might happen today.

What are the things on our schedule?

Are we working today?

Are we having a day off?

Are we spending time for ourselves today or with our friends or is it a family day?

Are we taking care of our households?

Do we have a day ahead waiting with a little bit of everything?

Do we have meetings?

Do we have special appointments?

Just scanning through that day,

Making like a little list in your mind of what is waiting for you.

And we inhale into that.

We inhale into how that makes us feel,

All those tasks that are waiting for us.

And now if we connected to our highest self,

If you knew that we had everything that we needed,

That we were everything that we needed to be,

Which we are,

But sometimes don't know.

If we knew that everything would be all right,

If we knew that we were exactly on the right track of our path,

How would we step into that day?

How would we perceive all those things in our to-do list for today?

How would we step into that meeting?

How would we pursue our work?

If we really connected ourselves with that highest self that we could possibly be,

What would that highest self tell us on how to do things?

What energy would that highest self put into the things?

How would it create and how would it build?

How would it follow all those meeting people,

All those encounters?

How would that highest self speak to yourself?

How would that highest self look at other people?

What would the energy in the face be of that highest self when encountering other people?

How would it make other people feel?

How would that highest self meet that most important thing that we have for ourselves for this very day today?

How would it pursue that?

How would it react if that inner critic came up?

How would that higher self deal with you holding yourself back,

You limiting yourself,

Or you talking yourself down?

How would that highest self of ourselves react if we were encountering someone that we didn't agree with,

If we were having conflicts?

And just tune into that,

Tune in with your higher self and how that highest self of yours would go into that today.

And what is the emotions that are being released through that imagination?

Does it make you feel happy?

Does it make you feel strong,

Fully motivated,

Dedicated?

And is there an intention that we can set for ourselves through that connection with our highest self?

Is there something that right now that we can say,

Okay,

Today and just today,

We're going to do it that way.

We're going to try it differently.

What is the intention that we can set in that very moment?

And we breathe that intention in.

And with the exhale,

Let it sink in our chest and the center of our being.

Another deep inhale into that intention and letting it sink into our chest,

Into our being.

Another deep inhale and a releasing exhale where that intention is flowing into every cell of ours,

Into every fiber,

Into our tissue,

Into our entire being,

Into our entire physical being,

Into our entire emotional being.

Feeling that strength that is flowing through our body,

Feeling that excitement of starting into that day with that connection,

With that intention in our back,

With that mindset of acting out of the point of our highest self would do it.

And we feel again gratitude for this day coming,

For all those chances coming,

For all those doors that might open up for ourselves,

For all those beautiful people that we're going to encounter,

For all those other lives that we're going to connect with,

For all those breaths that we are able to take for ourselves,

For all those heartbeats that our heart is going to master,

And for all those moves that our miraculous body is going to take us through.

And feeling that gratitude,

Feeling that excitement in your face,

Inhaling and exhaling that peace,

That happiness,

That joy towards the day,

And gently bringing our hands together in the palms of our hands,

Touching each other in front of our chest,

Feeling that connection in between our hands,

The thumbs touching our chest,

And placing a little smile onto our face to signalize our brain that we are ready for it to release those happy hormones,

That we are ready to start into the day all happy and all grateful.

Release that smile whenever you're ready,

Softening the face,

Releasing the hands,

Tuning into the space that we're sitting in,

Feeling the light on your closed eyelids,

Feeling those points of our body that are connecting us with the ground underneath us.

And whenever we are ready,

Gently coming back to the here and now by slowly cracking our eyes back open.
