Good morning,

Beautiful being.

Good morning,

Dear body.

Good morning to another day.

Good morning to so many opportunities waiting for you.

Good morning.

Just find a comfortable position either sitting down,

Crossed legged on a pillow or sitting on a chair with your spine straight,

Pulling your shoulders up to your ears and letting them drop down.

Pulling your spine nice and long as if the crown of your head was being attached to a string pulling you up towards the ceiling,

Pulling you along and gently stretching your spine.

Bring your awareness into our breath.

Taking a deep inhale through our nose and a relaxing exhale through our mouth.

Another deep inhale,

Feeling your chest expanding and rising as you're releasing exhale,

Bringing your chest down.

Another deep inhale,

Feeling that life floating into your system,

Floating into your lung and another releasing exhale.

Finding your very own rhythm of breathing,

Your own flow of gentle inhales and exhales.

Noticing that rising and falling of your chest with every breath that you take.

Noticing those ribs expanding a little bit with every inhale and closing down with every exhale.

Noticing that flow of your upper body,

Of your chest,

Feeling that relaxation in your chest,

Feeling that softness as if your heart and everything around it relaxes a little bit more with every exhale that you take.

Bringing your awareness down into your stomach and feeling that gentleness and that relaxation expanding there as if it was dribbling down from your chest,

From your heart,

From your breath,

Down into your stomach and into all organs waiting there for you,

Providing you with life,

Supporting you.

Your entire stomach seems to be all relaxed and soft.

Feeling that relaxation expanding through our hips,

Into our legs,

Good morning beautiful legs,

Good morning.

Feeling it dribbling down into our knees,

Into our lower legs,

Into our calves and shins and relaxing every muscle there floating down into our feet.

Feeling and softening tension even in our feet and toes.

And we are now feeling our entire lower body relaxed and peacefully heavy,

Pulling us a little further down into the ground that we are sitting on with that gentle heaviness filled with relaxation and peace.

Feeling that softness expanding from our chest outwards,

Softening the shoulders,

Softening the arms,

Floating down through our elbows,

Into our lower arms,

Into our hands,

Into our fingers,

Inviting that calm into every muscle,

Calming those arms and fingers,

Preparing them for the day,

Gently waking them up.

And we feel it all expanding from our shoulders up into our head,

Feeling that head sitting on top of our neck,

All relaxed,

All smooth and that softness is expanding up,

Crawling up into the top of our head,

Into our face.

Through our mouth,

Through our cheeks,

Through our eyes,

The entire forehead seems to be now all soft and relaxed,

Through our brain washing it out with an energy of morning gratitude,

Of releasing any thoughts that don't serve you,

Softening up the back of our head.

And now we feel our entire being fully soft and smooth,

That gentle heaviness.

We are ready to set it up for the day,

To bring it into alignment with the right energy that will support us and guide us throughout the day.

And we'll start by thinking about three things that we are especially grateful for today,

Three things that are maybe good about our lives.

Maybe it is people that we are grateful for,

Maybe it is a situation,

Maybe it is an object,

Maybe it is a chance,

Maybe it is our health or maybe something about ourselves that we are especially grateful for today.

And we feel that gratitude in our chest,

We feel it expanding through that softness in our entire body,

We feel it in our face and in the corner of our mouth.

We feel that gratitude about all those things that we feel,

How it is inviting more gratitude and more appreciation into our lives.

And I would like to invite you to visualize your day and invite you to choose what energy you want to carry with you today or the next hours.

Is it an energy of gratitude,

Is it softness,

Is it understanding,

Eagerness,

Compassion,

Excitement,

Love,

Is it all of it together?

You can choose all of this for yourself for your entire day as your set up point,

As your natural state of being today.

All that gratitude,

All that love,

All that relaxation,

All that trust that you wish to be feeling during the day.

Choose now and choose of how you want to step into that day,

With what awareness you want to move through all those hours.

How you want to interact with people,

How you want to look at them,

How you want to make them feel.

When you look at them,

When you speak to them,

When you shake their hands,

When you hug them,

When you connect with them.

How do you want to connect?

How do you want to make people around you feel?

How do you want to ignite them with your positive expression,

With your calmness and trust,

Your excitement?

You want to make them feel good about themselves,

You want to give them an honest compliment.

How do you want the people that you meet today feel when they walk away from you?

What do you want to give them on their way?

And what is it that you want to use this day for today?

What is it that you want to create?

What is it that you make today matter and memorable?

What is it that you will make today special?

What is it that you would like to work on today?

The most important thing for you to do for only today.

What is it that you would like to create?

And what do you want to use those 24 hours for that are waiting for you?

Those next 24 hours working on your dreams,

Working on that life that you want day by day,

Week by week,

Month by month.

Those next 24 hours that you'll have,

You'll only have them once this very time.

So how will you make them work for you?

How will you make them work for your dreams?

How will you make the best out of this today unfolding for you?

How do you want to create opportunities and use opportunities that unfold for you?

Where do you want to focus your attention on today and any other day?

What do you want to give to the world today and any other day?

What is it that you want to give back to people,

To your surroundings,

Your environment?

And what is it that you would like to give to your heart today?

How do you want to make yourself feel good?

And how do you want to make your body feel good?

What do you want to give to your body today?

Go to the fresh air,

Go for a walk,

Turn off your head,

Do some little exercises,

Make yourself sweat a little or fuel yourself with your favorite food.

What is today going to be like?

What is it going to be like in your mind?

You can draw it all now,

Seeing yourself walking through your day.

Picture the best version of the day that you could be living today.

What do you want to feel?

How do you want to interact at work?

How do you wish meetings to go?

Think about all those things that could make today a good day.

Dream about all the miracles that could happen.

Bring yourself into the emotion that you wish to have.

Think about all the precious people that you might meet today.

Really holding in your mind's eye what it is that you want to use this day for.

You want to be creating something that brings you closer to your dreams or would you rather stay in your bubble of routine mindlessly moving through the hours.

Choose to invite awareness,

Feeling the presence,

Feeling the moves,

Feeling your mood,

Feeling the food that you're eating,

Sensing what would be good for your heart and for your soul,

Feeling the moments.

And choose for yourself.

Choose everything about today for yourself now.

Choose decisions that serve you,

That are for the highest good for yourself and for the people around you.

And feel that gratitude in your chest.

Feel that gratitude to be able to choose.

To be able to choose of how you want to feel.

To be able to choose of how you want other people feel when you're with them or how you want to make them feel.

Gratitude that you're able to choose of how to react to whatever life serves you.

To react out of love or out of fear.

Choose wisely.

Gratitude that you're able to choose of who you want to be and what you want to be here for,

What you want to stand for.

And now feel that deep,

Deep,

Deep gratitude being ignited from the center of your chest,

From your heart.

Expand into your entire being with a golden flush of light,

Igniting every cell,

Every muscle,

Every bone with that gratitude.

Simply feeling it expanding in your entire body.

That lightness,

That excitement,

That joy,

That appreciation for everything within you and everything around you,

Everything waiting for you.

And if you want,

You can place a smile on your head.

It'll signalize your brain that it can be happy.

And if you would like,

You can take your hands together in front of your heart to signalize that appreciation and that gratitude that you hold within yourself and for everything that is around you and towards everything that is waiting to be created by you.
