Hi,
Welcome to this guided meditation practice where we are going to face our inner critic.
And I invite you to take a comfortable seated position,
Sitting on your chair or cross leg on your meditation pillow,
On a sofa on your mat,
Gently closing your eyes,
Placing your hands on your knees,
Tuning into your breath,
Relaxing your face,
Letting go of any expression or mimic in your face,
Relaxing your chest and your stomach,
Softening those hips,
Those legs and the feet,
And letting your arms hang loosely to your sides,
Fully relaxing,
Tuning into your breath and feel how that natural flow of life that is running through you is calming your mind,
Quieting your thoughts,
And just let your center with it.
Let yourself center within yourself by your breath.
Let yourself be guided inwards,
Tuning into your inner being,
Turning off that outside world,
And just prioritizing yourself from breath to breath.
And today we are gonna speak or observe our inner critic.
