Hi there,

Welcome to this guided intention setting meditation.

I welcome you to take a seated position on your chair or cross-legged on your meditation pillow or on your mat,

Or even lying down if you feel like it.

And whenever you're ready,

Gently closing your eyes,

Placing your hands in your lap on your knees to your sides when you're lying down.

And bring your awareness into your face,

Softening the face,

Softening your features.

Bringing your awareness into your neck,

Softening your neck,

And down into your shoulders.

Softening the shoulders,

Imagining,

Dropping that weight,

That clenching,

That stiffness,

That heaviness.

Bring our awareness into our chest and softening and quieting that chest.

And from there,

Bring our awareness down into our stomach and into our lower body,

And imagining sinking further down into that surface beneath us.

Bring our awareness into those points that are connecting us with the surface where we are touching it,

That pillow,

That chair,

That ground that we are lying on.

And bring our awareness back into our chest,

Feeling the quiet arising,

The stillness,

Traveling up into our head and observing that mind also becoming more quiet,

The thoughts settling,

Our heartbeat adjusting,

And our breath just flowing at its own naturally,

Not forcing,

Not pushing,

Just naturally flowing in and out of our chest without having to think about it.

Feeling that entire being of yours relaxing and tuning into that stillness a little bit more and more with every exhale that we take,

Grounding,

Releasing,

And arriving more and more within ourselves.

With every inhale that we take,

We seem to center ourselves more,

Bringing our awareness into our being,

Prioritizing ourselves,

And fully tuning into that very moment that we're sensing in the very here and into the very now,

Prioritizing that moment,

Prioritizing exactly that breath that you're taking now,

Traveling with every breath that we take,

Feeling the most important moment from every heartbeat to the next one,

Just simply being,

Feeling more into that moment,

Into the moment here and into the moment now.

And as we are connecting all parts that are us with ourselves,

With each other,

Gently tuning into what is truly important to us right now,

What it truly is that it's important to us in the future.

What is it that within the next week or the next month or the next year that we want to build on?

What is it that we would like to create?

What is it that we would like to focus our energy on?

What is it that we would like to give back to the world,

To the people around us,

To our family?

What is it that we want to stand for?

What values do we want to represent?

What energy do we want to give off ourselves into the world?

What is it that we want to prioritize and make bigger?

What is it that we want to feel like?

And also,

What is it that we want to give to ourselves?

And just feeling into those questions,

Listening to your intuition,

Noticing any thoughts that are popping up,

Any inner voices that are speaking up,

And gently acknowledging without judging,

Without suppressing,

Without pushing away,

But being truly honest with yourself.

And feeling that,

Feeling what your inner being is saying with your full heart,

Listening to it,

And shaping whatever comes up,

Shaping your intention around that,

Shaping your intention around it for the next week or for the next month,

For the next year,

Or for whatever time span that it may be.

And tuning more into that intention with every inhale that we take,

Making it more clear,

Making it bigger,

Making it brighter,

Making it more colorful,

Feeling it more,

Tuning more into it.

What is it?

What is that intention that you want to set for yourself,

For that time span chosen,

And feeling it in your entire body,

Feeling it becoming stronger with your ex inhales,

And feeling it spreading out into everybody,

Into your entire body,

Into every cell of yours,

Into every fiber of yours,

Into every tissue of yours,

Into every bone,

Into every skin cell,

Into every little tiny part of your physical being,

Feeling it manifesting in your body already,

And feeling your heart and your mind aligning with that intention with every inhale that you're taking,

Aligning more,

Deepening more within your being,

Within your cells,

Within your fibers,

Within your tissues,

Within your mind,

Within your heart,

Within your emotions,

Within your entire being,

And remaining in that sensation of that intention of how it makes you feel,

Of how it makes you feel to follow it,

Of being guided by it,

Of sticking to it,

And feeling that lightness that comes with it in your face,

Feel it expanding into your entire physical being,

Deepening your breath,

Feeling that joy,

Feeling that gratitude,

Feeling that peace,

Feeling that lightness,

Taking a deep inhale and a deep exhale,

Another deep inhale,

And a releasing exhale.

Bringing your awareness back into your face,

Into your features,

Into your heart,

Into your hands,

Into your legs,

Into your feet,

Into your toes,

Into your spine holding you up,

Into your chest,

Gently tuning our awareness into the space that we're residing in,

Into any possible noises,

Into the touch of the air on our skin,

Into the sensation of the light behind our closed eyelids,

Gently moving our fingers a little bit,

And our feet,

Our toes,

Tuning into our chest,

Tuning into our face,

Tuning into our entire being,

And whenever we are ready,

Coming back to the here and now,

By gently cracking our eyes back open.
