During this brief meditation practice,
We will tenderly into ourselves to see if we can find inner stillness,
Nourishing place of calm and peace to connect to and to discover how to easily access inner peace.
At first,
Focus on your breathing,
Breathing in through your nose and breathing out through your mouth.
Breathing in again and slowly breathing.
Continue breathing and allow your breath to be nice and deep,
Relaxed and even.
Enjoy the pauses between the inhalation and exhalation and the exhalation,
Next inhalation.
Let go of control,
Don't control it or force it,
Just observe it and watch it.
And with each pause,
Let your mind rest.
Each breath,
Relax and each relax further now,
Loosening any tension,
Loosening your muscles,
Releasing the weight floor or in your chair and bringing your heartbeat,
Allow the sound of my voice,
The air,
The room to be welcomed into this calm,
Relaxed state of being within you.
Now as you sit,
Take a moment to notice your feet,
Your legs,
Your thighs,
Your belly,
Your chest,
Your throat and your jaw,
Even your forehead,
Your back,
Arms,
All the way to the base of your spine and your hips.
And as you take time to notice your body,
Imagine energy flowing,
Flowing throughout your body,
Throughout each cell in your body.
Maybe there's a color to it that waves through each part.
Release all mental preoccupations,
All worries,
All concern,
All anxieties and fears and doubts,
Or even any plans for the future.
Let go of the need to understand why,
Let go of the need to be anywhere else.
Simply be,
Simply be here in the present moment,
Here and now.
Let your breath carry you deep within yourself,
Into the quiet,
Into the peace,
Deeper and deeper,
Moving into a dimension within you,
Beyond the constraints of time,
The landscape of space,
Beyond personal history.
Become aware of the tranquility within you,
And any assumption of the world outside.
Go deeply,
Become comfortable in this steady stream of awareness.
As moments come and go,
Align your mind and body further,
Moving towards a state of complete healing,
State of non-duality,
A state where all dissolve and only contentment resides,
State of complete balance.
Focus back into the room,
The space outside of you.
Always have inner sacred space to reach out to whenever you feel the need,
And any time throughout the day.
Inner peace resides within you.
Take the time to discover this inner peace,
Invite it into your daily life,
Invite it in every moment,
Every experience.
Inner peace resides within you.
Thank you for taking this journey with me.
