And thank you for joining me on this meditation today.
This experience is all about clearing and balancing the Third Eye Chakra.
It is also known as the First Eye because we are spiritual beings first,
So it is the First Eye.
So,
If you're ready,
Let's begin.
I invite you to get comfortable.
This meditation can be done seated,
Standing,
Or lying on your back.
Just make sure you are alert and awake.
If it feels right for you,
Go ahead and close your eyes.
And let's drop into the body.
Let's begin by doing 3 rounds of breathing.
I invite you to just breathe in slowly through your nostrils for 4 counts.
Let's begin.
Inhale for 1,
2,
3,
4.
Exhale for 4,
3,
2,
1.
Just release your breath,
Find your own rhythm,
Settle in.
And let's do that again.
Take a nice deep breath in for 1,
2,
3,
4.
And a slow deep exhale for 4,
3,
2,
1.
Again,
Return to your own rhythm.
Let's do that again.
Take a nice deep breath in for 1,
2,
3,
4.
Exhale for 4,
3,
2,
1.
Again,
Return to your own rhythm of your own breath.
And as we settle into a space of relaxation,
We want to create an environment around us that is peaceful,
Loving,
And available to receive downloads.
Reminder the chakra means wheel of energy.
Everything that we are is energy and vibration.
Everything that we experience is energy and vibration.
We are connected to a divine source,
The universe,
That can lead us,
Guide us,
And protect us.
This is called our spiritual intuition.
I want you to bring your mind's eye to the middle of your brow,
Right into the center of your forehead.
That is the location of your third eye,
Also known as the first eye.
And as you begin to connect with this area,
I want you to imagine the color indigo.
It's a combination of blue and purple.
Breathe in and breathe out.
You'll see this color indigo getting brighter and more vibrant with each and every breath,
Allowing this energy to ignite your intuition.
You know what to do,
When to do it,
And how to do it by connecting to this source of energy.
Again,
Follow your breath.
Inhale and exhale.
And as we visualize the third eye chakra,
I want you to see a wheel of energy that is circling in the middle of your forehead.
It is moving clockwise,
And with every rotation,
The indigo color gets brighter and more vibrant.
This vibration and energy is shining from your forehead and covering your body.
Visualize the third eye chakra getting larger and is overtaking your body.
Feel the vibration.
Feel the energy of your wisdom,
Your intuition.
This is the area that we move beyond the physical,
And we move into the metaphysical energy.
You are connected to a divine source that only wants the best for you.
This source energy will guide you,
Will lead you,
Will tell you exactly what you need to know.
And as we clear this third eye chakra,
We begin to lean in and feel supported.
We trust this energy.
We are supported by this vibrational energy of wisdom.
It is within us.
And as we deepen our visualization,
We are free to release any fear,
Doubt,
Worry,
Confusion,
Disappointment,
Because we are connected to an energy that only wants the best for us.
Inhale.
Exhale.
And now I invite us to move into a space of affirmations,
The affirmative language that reminds us of our truth.
Repeat after me aloud or to yourself.
I trust my intuition and my inner guidance.
