Ending our day together.
It is so important that we get enough sleep,
So the next day when we rise up to do the work we're meant to do,
We feel rested and energized.
Soothing Sleep Affirmations is a meditation to help you to drift off into a sweet slumber using affirmations and mantras as you prepare to sleep.
So please take a moment,
Get comfortable.
Prepare yourself.
Allow yourself to begin to move into a state of rest,
Calm,
And peace.
As you prepare yourself,
Think about this as the last task of your day.
So find your designated space for slumber.
Get comfortable physically.
Cover yourself in your blanket if you feel comfortable.
Adjust your pillow,
And allow your body just to float into your bed of dreams.
Allow your body to just relax.
Begin to feel the curvature of the spine.
Inhale your breath,
And let's begin.
Let's take three soothing breaths.
Inhale and a deep release of the breath.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Simply follow the rhythm of your breath.
Close your eyes,
Release any external stimulation,
And go within yourself.
Continue to breathe in and breathe out.
Inhale.
And exhale.
And follow your own rhythm.
Allow your body temple to relax.
Each and every breath,
Allow your consciousness and your mind to be one.
Breathe in and breathe out.
You are safe to relax.
You are safe to be still.
You are safe to sleep.
Your surroundings support you.
You are secure.
You can sleep.
The universe is working on your behalf.

Everything around you is supporting your sleep.

As you begin to drift off,
