In this practice, with hand to heart and steady breath, you’ll revisit simple blessings - light, kindness, quiet, the body’s ease - and feel how gratitude already lives within you. Let gratitude shift from something you do to a way you see. Leave with a simple rhythm you can carry forward: notice one small good thing, thank one person (or life itself), and take one conscious breath.

Welcome to Day 10 of the Gratitude Challenge here on Insight Timer.

This is your daily pause to step out of the rush and pay attention to the small things in your life that often go unseen.

The moments that lift you,

The people who show up for you,

And the sense of enoughness that grows when you make space to notice what is already here.

Enjoy today's session.

Welcome to Day 10,

The final day of your Gratitude Challenge.

I'm Rev.

Skip Jennings,

And it's my honor to be a part of your Gratitude Practice.

So let's start by taking a deep breath in through our nostrils and gently exhaling through the mouth.

You've spent the past nine days exploring gratitude from many directions.

For the people who touch your life,

For simple pleasures,

For unseen blessings,

For your body temple,

Your breath,

Your challenges,

And your growth.

Today,

We celebrate what you've discovered.

We bring it all together.

This session is about recognizing ordinary magic,

The quiet beauty,

Connection,

And meaning that already fills your everyday life.

Gratitude is not something we have to reach for.

It's something that lives within us,

Waiting to be noticed.

Let's begin.

Let's take a moment to arrive here and now.

I invite you to close your eyes if that feels comfortable.

Place one hand onto your heart and feel the gentle rhythm of your breath.

The soft rise and fall of the chest allows yourself to settle into stillness.

Let's do a round of breathing.

Inhale.

Deep exhale through the mouth.

Begin to reflect on your journey throughout these past 10 days.

What has shifted you?

Perhaps your awareness feels a little wider.

Your heart feels a little softer.

Maybe you noticed the moments of appreciation arising more naturally throughout your day.

Now,

Let your mind gently wander back through the past 10 days.

Maybe there was a morning when you paused to watch the sunlight filtering through the window.

Maybe a time when someone smiled at you unexpectedly.

A moment when you caught yourself breathing deeply,

Feeling content for no special reason.

Let each memory unfold like a small light in your awareness.

Notice how gratitude has been teaching you to see the world through softer eyes.

Maybe you remember the laughter of a friend,

The warmth of a meal,

The stillness of night,

All of it is a part of the ordinary magic of being alive.

And as you breathe,

Imagine that each inhale gathers these memories,

These simple blessings,

And each exhale sends a ripple of gratitude back into the world.

Breathe in as you receive the beauty of life.

Breathe out as you give back thanks.

Feel this gentle exchange between you and the world,

A cycle of appreciation that never ends.

There's no need to search for something extraordinary.

The sacred is right here in your breath,

In this moment,

In the rhythm of your day.

Let your gratitude rest here,

Not as a practice to complete,

But as a way of being.

It's a way of life.

Allow your gratitude to be a lens through which you see and experience your life.

Sense the peace that comes from simply noticing what's good.

Gratitude has become a quiet companion,

Always here.

Ready to bring you back home to yourself.

As we close this 10-day journey,

Take a moment to reflect.

I invite you to contemplate this question.

Over the past 10 days,

Gratitude has helped me.

You finished the statement.

Allow your answer to rise up naturally.

You could share your gratitude on your page,

With your friends,

In your journal,

Or simply hold it close as a reminder of how far you've come.

Take a breath.

Exhale.

And slowly bring yourself back into the room that you're sitting in.

Simply wiggle your fingers.

Slowly open up your eyes.

Take a gaze around the room.

See one thing you're grateful for.

Thank you for joining us here on this 10-day journey of gratitude.

I'm Rev Skip,

And remember,

Transformation and gratitude,

It's a choice.

And you chose today.

Be well and be blessed.

Namaste.
