Welcome.
This meditation is designed for releasing low vibrational and negative thinking.
But it's also designed to embrace high vibrational frequencies and for the upleveling of our conscious awareness.
Many spiritual teachers and avatars have taught us one simple but important principle.
It is done as we believe.
The Buddha taught us that all that we have become is a direct result of what we have thought.
So let's take a deep breath in and with a big sigh.
Let's begin this guided journey of release and embrace.
Reminder meditation means mindfulness.
Get comfortable.
Position your body into a place that you are not hindered.
Meditation can be done seated,
Standing,
Lying down,
Or even walking.
Listen and allow your vibration to shift to a higher awareness of your oneness to the universe.
Close your eyes.
Breathe in and just follow your breath.
Take a deep breath in and a big exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Notice as you inhale,
There is an expansion of the torso.
The inhale represents your willingness to embrace.
Notice the exhale.
There is a contraction of the torso.
That represents your willingness to release.
Inhale to embrace.
Exhale to release.
Today,
I release any fear that holds me back from fully expressing my divine gifts.
Today,
I release any doubts about love,
Abundance,
Opportunities.
Today,
I release any doubt around self-confidence.
I will stop worrying about money,
Relationships,
Being liked,
Being loved,
Health,
And wholeness.
I release fear,
Doubt,
And worry that stops me from being the best version of myself.
Today,
I embrace a consciousness of the I AM.
I embrace a consciousness that I am love.
Therefore,
I can love in all situations.
I embrace the spirit of abundance,
Prosperity,
And plentitude.
Everything I need is within me.
Today,
I have more than enough.
I am enough.
I am enough.
I embrace infinite possibilities that is my birthright.
Today,
I am confident in who I am.
The universe created me,
And I am beautiful.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale to embrace.
Exhale to release.
Slowly,
Begin to bring your awareness back into the space that you are in.
Gently and mindfully open your eyes.
