And today our meditation is about affirmations and positive visualization.
This meditation is designed to infuse your day with positivity,
Strength,
And clarity.
So if we're ready,
Let's begin.
As you settle into a comfortable position,
I invite you just to close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Let's take a nice deep breath in and a big exhale.
Let's do that again.
Let's take a nice deep breath in,
As much air as you can get into your lungs,
And a deep sigh to release any tension,
Fear,
Doubt,
And worry.
And one more time,
Take a nice deep breath into our nostrils,
And a deep exhale.
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment,
Letting go of any thoughts of your past and any worries about your future.
Feel the gentle rhythm of your breath.
This breath is anchoring you here and now.
And as you breathe deeply,
Imagine a beautiful,
Warm,
Golden light surrounding you,
Filling you with peace and tranquility.
Continue to breathe.
Now let's go on a journey,
A journey of visualization.
Let's go to your happy place.
I want you to think about something,
Someone,
Or some situation that brings you joy.
Feel the energy.
Feel the emotion.
You're right there.
This could be a serene beach.
It could be gentle,
Beautiful waves.
Maybe a lush forest.
It could be a wonderful gathering of family and friends.
Whatever it is you choose.
And take a moment,
Take in all the beautiful sounds,
And then feel the energy of joy.
Notice the colors.
Notice the smells.
What do you see?
This is your journey to joy.
And as you bask in this beautiful space,
Let's begin a journey of affirmations.
I invite you to repeat the affirmations after me,
Aloud,
Or to yourself.
You are safe,
Grounded,
And connected.
So let's begin our affirmations.
I am grateful for the opportunities that today brings.
I am capable,
Strong,
And confident.
I am worthy of love,
Joy,
And success.
I am surrounded by positive energy.

I embrace the newness of life,
