Susie is a certified MBSR teacher and psychotherapist. Her psychotherapy studies led her to an MBSR Course in 2007 with MBSR Israel and her journey continued by completing teacher training in MBSR. She has been using mindfulness (MBCT) and somatic experiencing in her psychotherapeutic work with post trauma, addiction, depression and anxiety for many years. Susie teaches MBSR courses in Israel and online and loves writing about the Jewish connection between the Torah portion and mindfulness.
