So as you allow yourself to open up into this beautiful experience now,
Your body continues to relax deeply,
Feeling comfortable and safe and just using my voice as a guide but it's your experience,
It's your beautiful log cabin high up in the mountains,
Sacred land,
You're allowing for your imagination to guide you there now,
Standing at the doorway,
Entering inside,
Noticing aromas,
Noticing this beautiful space inside,
You can hear the crackling of the fire as you make your way over to the fire,
Beautiful soft rug beneath your feet,
Comfortable cushions to rest back on and this is some special time for you,
Some time of nourishment,
Tender time,
Feeling the warmth as you gaze into the flickering flames of the fire and as you gaze into the flames you notice the dance and the rhythm and the colors change,
The white,
The red,
The blue within,
You can feel the warmth on your cheeks and you smile as you rest back gently,
Allowing for all the everyday things just to slip away as you rest back even more comfortably into these very comfortable and luxurious textured cushions,
Resting back,
Allowing for the fire,
The rhythm,
The dance in the flames,
Enticing you,
Enjoying the dance and the rhythm as you notice this flame,
Particular flame expanding,
Contracting,
Expanding,
So soothing,
So relaxing and you notice at this rhythm,
Contracting,
Expanding,
Contracting,
Expanding is so natural and easy,
The letting go,
The breathing in,
The fire within your belly,
The fire within your heart,
As you breathe expanding,
As you exhale contracting,
Opening,
Contracting and this rhythm is so relaxing and so soothing that you find yourself surrendering into the most beautiful deep,
Deep sleep and that that sleep takes you into the stillness,
The peacefulness,
Silence and you can allow yourself this time now to explore your silence and you come back from that silence,
Coming back,
Your senses astute,
You can hear so clearly,
You can sense,
You can touch and feel the softness of the fabric and you feel hungry for that soup,
For the bread and you can enjoy that meal that nourishes you and you can taste all the different flavours.
From the silence comes this wisdom,
This connection and wisdom of the senses in your body,
Hearing,
Tasting,
Touch,
Smell,
Aromas and you notice so much more and so as you spend time enjoying the meal,
Enjoying what you can see around you,
The fire warm,
It's so wonderful to be alive and to have that full-bodied experience that you're having right now and that you can take that with you,
You can be aware of this heightened sense,
Finely tuned,
That's you,
Finely tuned and so I'd like you to step outside of that cabin now and to allow for yourself to explore some of the beautiful places that Mother Nature has for you,
To notice her beauty and to feel connected and loving towards the beauty of this creation that you are stepping into,
That you are noticing,
That you can feel responsible and care for Mother Nature,
Care for yourself in such a fulfilling and nourishing way and that from the silence comes the wisdom to care,
To love yourself,
To have compassion for yourself and for those people in your life.
For Mother Nature,
You are someone now who can feel and sense all of this vibrance,
All of this life force,
It's meaningful to you,
It nourishes you and so as you explore and take into and experience your aliveness,
Wow,
This is your time,
This is your time now,
Live your dreams,
Walk your truth and bring that wisdom back from your silence whenever you have that opportunity,
Whenever you can make that opportunity to rest back in the silence,
Two minutes,
Five minutes,
Whatever seems appropriate for you.
Connected again to your senses,
Connected to your caring,
Your nourishing of yourself,
Of your body,
Noticing where,
Who you can nourish,
Who you can care for and it's easy for you,
It's easy for you to take that time to notice what is it that you need today,
How is the best way to nourish that in you,
In others,
In the beautiful world that you live in and so now just bringing all of that wisdom,
Feeling nourished on all levels of your being,
Bring that back,
It's with you,
You know,
You remember.
And so now as you fully bring your attention back to the here and now,
