Good morning.
I will guide you through a visualization to help you tap into the feeling of having your goals manifested.
When we access the feeling state of clarity,
Expectancy and alignment without resistance,
It becomes easier to spot the opportunities that will manifest our goals.
We also become clear on what aligned actions we need to take to make this our new reality.
We don't attract what we want,
We attract who we are.
So let's dial into who you are when your manifestation is fulfilled.
Now gently closing down your eyes,
Let's begin with three deep relaxing breaths.
Taking a long and deep breath in through your nose and a nice long exhale.
One more deep breath in and exhale all the air from your lungs.
Another nice long deep breath in,
Holding at the top and releasing it,
Allowing relaxation to enter your body.
Relaxing all the muscles in your forehead.
Relax.
Relaxing all the muscles around your eyes,
Even the tiny muscles around your eyes.
That's it.
Relaxing your jaw muscles and lips now.
Letting this gentle relaxation flow from your face all the way down your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Chest and back,
Through all your organs and down into your hips.
Moving down into your legs,
All the way into your feet and toes.
Allowing yourself to relax now.
Fully relaxed.
Now getting a sense of floating gently.
See,
Feel or visualize that you're in a cozy,
Bright,
Light-filled room in a beautiful villa by the beach.
Everything is filled with light.
It is bright and so beautiful.
You can feel the high vibrations of the ocean and the surrounding nature.
In this room you notice a television on the wall.
As you step closer you realize that the person on TV is you.
You see yourself in your desired future with your manifestation fulfilled.
Allow yourself to trust the first image you see in your mind's eye.
Take a breath.
It's that time in the future that you've set for your goal.
It may be a month,
Six months,
One year or seven years.
You cannot take your eyes off the images you see displayed on TV.
You're fascinated.
You're drawn to it.
Slowly you notice that the picture starts moving.
Your desired life is starting to play right before your eyes.
You're so excited about what you see.
So you set the intention and now step into the television.
Becoming part of your desired future as if it was real now.
Take a deep breath.
You're now in your desired life.
Feel yourself with your desires fulfilled.
Be in your own body now.
Look through your own eyes.
Hear with your own ears.
Feel with your own skin.
See everything from within yourself.
The images and feelings you imprint on your own conscious mind and on the universe are guiding stars as to what you desire.
They must come true as you are the creator of your experience.
With clarity of vision comes support from unseen forces from the universe.
As within,
So without.
When you enter the feeling state of what you desire,
By the law of vibration,
You're becoming a magnet to your desires.
So now go within.
What does this reality feel like?
Notice the sensations you feel in your body.
What do you see?
Look around.
Who's with you?
What do you smell?
What can you touch?
Take it all in.
Now I'd like you to turn up the vibrancy of the colors around you.
Make them brighter.
And now I'd like you to turn up the sounds that you hear around you.
You may hear voices,
Sounds of nature,
Or music.
Make them louder and let it be real.
That's it.
And now a beautiful smell unfolds you and you notice the scent of your desired reality.
Now I'd like you to reach out.
Touch the things or people that you see around you.
What does it feel like?
Are there any textures?
That's it.
Now notice what you feel in your body.
You may feel deep gratitude in your heart for where you are.
You may feel excited for the present moment.
What you've already done or what's to come in your day.
Or just may feel like your normal day.
It's just a normal day.
This is normal for me.
This is just how I live.
Witness,
Notice,
See and feel your desired reality.
Now let's go a little bit deeper.
Notice your thoughts.
Notice the way you think.
What is your mindset like?
What do you think about in this reality?
What are your new goals that you think about now?
What's important to you?
That's it.
Free,
Abundant,
Joyful.
Notice how your life is easier.
Notice what it feels like to have it and let it be easy.
Maybe you notice yourself smile to yourself as you think back over your journey and how far you've come.
How much you've changed and how much you've grown into who you are destined to be.
Maybe there are even some tips and hints that your future self can give you.
If they are available to you and if it would serve you to know them.
Notice how your desires have come to life and even more desires are coming to life.
Notice the abundant well of life force that runs through your veins.
The vibrancy you feel in your body and an excitement for all that is around you.
Take a deep breath in and inhaling all of these energies into your being.
Feeling the openness,
Freedom,
Ease,
Gratitude and abundance integrate into your energy.
That's it.
Now I'd like you to ask for guidance from your future self.
What do I need to focus on today that will get me to this desired outcome in the fastest,
Easiest,
Most abundant way to the highest good of all?
Notice the ideas,
Thoughts,
Feelings you receive.
It may be very subtle.
Yet trust that it is there and that when you ask it is given.
It will come to you in the perfect ways that you can hear it.
In your mind silently say thank you.
It is done.
It is done.
It is done.
Allow yourself to step back out of the TV and look at it with your heart filled with love and knowing deep within that you are much closer to your desired manifestation.
