Take a moment to find a comfortable seated position,
Take a long slow breath in through your nose and on the exhale gently close down your eyes,
Getting ready to let go of any tension and to re-energize so you can feel refreshed.
Inhale deeply and slowly through your nose,
Feeling your chest and abdomen expand,
Hold at the top for a moment and exhale slowly through your mouth releasing all the air and any stress.
Again inhale slowly through your nose,
Hold at the top and exhale any stress and tension through the mouth.
One more time,
Inhale slowly through your nose,
Again hold at the top and exhale through the mouth,
Finding more and more calm now.
Gently bring your awareness to your neck,
Face and head,
Allow these areas to soften and relax,
Especially the tiny muscles around your eyes.
Continue to scan up and down your torso,
Chest,
Shoulders and arms.
Relax and release any tightness,
Letting it go.
Slowly move your attention down to your legs,
Knees,
Thighs and hips.
Relax any tension you find and finally bring your awareness to your feet,
Notice any sensations there and let any remaining tension or stress flow out through the soles of your feet.
Now see,
Feel or imagine an energizing light hovering above your head,
Sensing into it you feel that its qualities are power,
Love,
Truth and energy.
Notice its color,
Does it have one color or a mix of colors?
Now let this energy flow over and into your head,
Touching every cell,
Everywhere it touches it revitalizes and energizes your mind,
Bringing clarity and simplicity.
That's it.
Following this energy now flowing down your face,
Neck and shoulders,
Relaxing and refreshing your muscles,
Letting your shoulders drop down and away from your ears,
Relaxing and rejuvenating your posture,
Finding relaxation in your face.
Let this energy now flow down your torso,
Through your organs,
Into your hip,
Your legs,
All the way down to your feet,
Bringing ease to all of your organs and helping them function in the best possible way,
Feeling them shift into their optimal way of operating,
You can sense your energy switch on even more.
You feel a surge of energy and vibrancy pulse through your being now.
That's it.
Take a nice deep breath in and feel this vibrancy wake up every cell of your body,
Bringing energy,
Power and refreshment into your whole vibration and frequency,
Knowing that unlimited energy is available to you from the universal field.
You don't have to make it happen,
You can let it happen.
Simply know and feel that you are drawing energy from the field,
Converting it into readily available energy in your body and mind,
Being supported,
Being supplied,
It's at your command.
You may want to say the following affirmations,
I am calm and centered.
I have unlimited energy resources in the universal field that I can tap into.
I am filled with energy and vitality.
I am ready to take on the rest of my day with vibrancy and focus.
Take a nice deep breath in and exhale.

Now think of one thing you are grateful for right now.
It could be something small or something significant.
Focus on this feeling of gratitude,
Find it in your body,
Notice your body shift in gratitude,
Thinking of this thing that you are so grateful for.
Now allow it to fill your heart and mind.
Take one final deep breath in,
Filling your body with oxygen and energy.
Exhale slowly,
Feeling refreshed and ready to continue your day.
When you are ready,
Gently open your eyes and take a moment to notice how you feel.
This short break has given you a moment to pause,
Breathe and recharge.
