Consider this amazing possibility.
You incarnated on this earth just to experience the joy of being alive.
What gives you joy?
Allow yourself for this little time to simply experience the joy of being.
The joy of your awareness.
The joy of your breath.
The joy of allowing yourself this time to rest,
Renew and replenish.
So sit or lay down comfortably now.
Give yourself permission to let go of any distractions from the outside world.
As you draw your awareness inward.
Simply start by becoming aware of your breath.
Feel your breath moving in and out of your body slowly and gently.
Feel the fall and rise of your chest or belly with every breath in and out.
Feel the fall and rise of your chest or belly with every breath in and out.
As your mind slows down and focuses on the awareness of your breath,
Feel a smile coming to your face.
Feel the joy of the flow of that natural breath flowing into and out of your body.
My gentle wave coming and going.
My gentle wave coming and going.
Now become aware of your body.
Just resting in this space.
Feel the support beneath you.
And feel the air around you.
The breath still moving in and out,
Gently and easily.
You feel your body responding to every breath.
Maybe there is a sigh of relief as the body rests deeper and deeper into its awareness of letting go.
Letting go of all tension and all stress that the body may be holding.
With every out breath,
Letting go more and more.
Just following the breath gently in and out of the body.
Being aware of the body's response in each movement.
Gentle and slow.
Calm and relaxed.
Ah And in this place of peaceful rest,
You become aware of the body's joy,
The joy of allowing,
The joy of letting go.
Every part of your body now,
Going deeper and deeper into a relaxed state of peace and calm.
Every part of your body now,
Going deeper and deeper into a relaxed state of peace and calm.
Now we become aware of our inner vision.
With eyes closed,
We may feel like we are in the dark,
But we are actually opening up to new insight.
Allow your inner vision to open up without forcing or controlling,
Just simply allowing.
Allow yourself to see the joy in your life.
The people that are all around you.
You sharing their joy.
The joy in simply being yourself,
Letting go of layers of expectation and acknowledging your true self in this moment,
The awareness of being and joyful in that being.
It's all about realizing the joy you are in the dark.

Allow that joy now to flow from the inner mind down into your heart.
As you breathe in,
Allow it to fill your heart with every breath.
Expanding the heart energy with this joy.
Allowing yourself to feel it on a deeper level.

Imagine the word joy written across your heart.
That with every breath in,
That joy becomes bigger and bigger.
Imagine that joy is light filling your heart.
And as it expands and grows,
It overflows from your heart and into every cell of your being.

Feel each of yourselves lighting up with this joy,
Replenished by this joyful energy.

Breathe this in deep.
Breathe out the joy.
Feel this beautiful energy filling up the space around you.
Feel the joy envelop you.

If you could imagine joy as a colour.
Imagine this colour all around you and flowing through you.

Breathing in joy.
And breathing out joy.
You radiate this energy now in abundance.
And everyone you connect to will feel this joy.
And share in your joy.
All creation dance for joy within you.
Appreciating the sounds,
The sensations of your life.
Breathe in joy.
Breathe out joy.
Rest as long as you wish in this joy.
Use this meditation as often as you wish.
To create more joy in your life.
And also in helping the ones that you love and care about.
To feel the joy you are now sharing.
