Supreme rising to you today.

Just breathe.

Just breathe.

Today is a day to just breathe,

Release,

And let go of what no longer serves you.

Today is a day to surrender to what is.

Surrender to this moment.

Surrender to life as you know it to be true.

Today is the day that you stop worrying,

Guessing,

Or doubting what life has or has not offered you.

As long as you have breath,

You have life.

Today is the day to just breathe,

Live in the present moment,

And immerse yourself in the joys of this moment.

Do not succumb to the tests and trials of life challenges today.

Be fearless.

Know that all will be provided to you at the right time.

I welcome you today to just breathe.

Breathe deeply.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Each day you awake,

Consider life giving you a blessing.

A blessing to a fresh new start at life.

Let the universe be your guide on your journey today.

It's okay to let go of things in your past,

But today we want to focus on being present.

Focus on being your higher self.

As humans,

We are constantly reminded of our past.

We are constantly worried about the future to come.

But I encourage you today,

Be present and just breathe.

Let your breath fill you up with positive healing energy.

Enjoy a good laugh today.

Smile.

Wake up and live.

Just take some time right now in this very moment and just be with your breath.

Inhale,

Then exhale and repeat.

However many breaths to take,

Just breathe.

You don't have to have control of this moment.

Just breathe.

Inhale.

Exhale.

You are now in the moment.

You are now in the moment.

You are now in the moment.

You are now in the moment.

What are you feeling right now?

Just breathe and let go of any heavy baggage,

Any emotional blockages in your body.

Just breathe and let it flow.

As I end this meditation,
