Welcome to a five minute mindfulness meditation.
I would like to start off by first breathing.
Just breathe.
At the count of three,
We're going to breathe deeply with a deeply deep inhale.
And following that deep inhale,
We're going to release it back into the universe.
As you find a comfortable seated position,
When you are relaxed,
You are calm,
You can either close your eyes or keep them open.
But I want you to create a sacred space for yourself,
That is safe for you to relax and be free.
Now let's begin.
One,
Two,
Three.
Inhale.
Hold.
Release.
Release.
Tune in to the sounds around you.
What do you hear?
What do you feel?
Just listen to the sound of the beat.
As you relax,
Just breathe.
If you find yourself,
Your mind,
Straying away and not focusing,
Just come back to the sound of the music.
And just breathe.
Inhale.
One,
Two,
Three.
Hold.
Exhale.
Release.
As you release,
Think about all the things that you want to release today in this very moment.
Anything that are thoughts that are coming into your mind at this very moment that do not serve you,
That are thoughts of anxiety,
Worry,
Doubt,
Depression.
We are going to release that with the breath and we're going to inhale.
And we're going to release that with the breath.
We're going to release that with the breath and we're going to inhale.

Okay,
As we focus back on the breath,
Let's say a fine,
Positive affirmation.
Repeat after me.
I am whole.
I am free.
I am creative.
I am focused.
I am mindful.
I am living out my best life.
All of my dreams are coming true right now.
As we say these words,
Let's release anything that no longer serves us and let's stay mindful of the moment that we're in at this very moment.
Breathe in.
One,
Two,
Three.
Hold.
Hold.
Release and let go.
