Thank you for joining me for a three-minute mindfulness meditation.
Focus on resetting your body.
As we begin,
Take a few minutes to just close your eyes and listen to the sound of the binaural beats in the background.
Imagine your thoughts flowing down a river or a stream.
Any negative patterns,
Negative thoughts,
Any physical tensions in your body,
Any stagnant energy,
Allow it to flow down the river or the stream.
Imagine yourself feeling relaxed and calm.
Imagine yourself releasing all of the tension throughout your body.
It starts from the top of your crown all the way down to the soles of your feet.
Imagine this golden bright light surrounding you,
Immersing itself inward and outward and surrounding your body,
Just moving at a rapid pace of ease and gentleness.
As you breathe,
Invite a sense of presence into the moment.
Let go of the day's to-do list.
Let go of what's happened.
You're here now,
Rooted in this moment.
Imagine a gentle gold light at your heart center.
With each inhale,
It grows a little brighter.
With each exhale,
It softens tensions,
Letting them dissolve into that light.
With this warm glow,
Feel the truth of who you are,
Calm,
Capable,
And loved.
You don't need to do anything right now,
But be in this moment of being and existing.
If thoughts come up,
That's okay.
Just notice them and then gently return to your breath and your golden light.
Let the light expand outward from your heart to your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your torso,
All the way down to your legs and feet.
Feel your entire body held in that light,
Cared for and supported,
Because you are worthy of peace.
You are worthy of rest.
Even in stillness,
You are enough.
So tell yourself in this present moment,
Repeating after me,
I am worthy of peace.
I am worthy of rest,
And in my stillness,
I am enough.
As you travel through your week,
Envision the golden light shining bright as you walk into the essence of every part of your day.
Just know you are enough.
