Supreme Rising,

Give thanks for today.

As we stand firm in our presence in this very moment,

Let's proclaim our space and time.

We are here together embracing this moment.

As you sit or stand,

Just go into a place in your mind of bliss and freeness.

Remain calm,

Remain well,

And continue to listen to the sound,

The background music.

Today's message is setting intentions for your day.

Be intentional.

Be present.

Make sure that when you set your intentions,

They are positive.

They are direct.

They are clear.

Vocalize what you want for your life in this very moment.

In this present time,

Proclaim your space.

Claim what you want.

Write it down.

Prioritize your time.

Lead with your heart and mind.

The heart would guide you.

Always guide you in the right direction.

Take a moment and just breathe.

At the count of three,

Inhale and hold.

And follow me to allow you to be intentional today.

I will guide you through the process.

As we begin to breathe in,

Breathe in and hold.

Release.

One more time.

At the count of three,

We're going to breathe in.

Release.

Today,

Give thanks for life.

Give thanks for this moment.

And set your intentions for the day.

Set your intentions how you will show up for your time and space.

Claim your day.

Show up loud and proud through your actions,

Through your voice,

Through your self-expression.

You are beautiful within and without.

And you are courageous.

You are creativity.

Remind yourself of who you are today in this moment.

Be grateful for this moment,

For your existence in time and space.

How will you show up today?

You choose.

That's the joy of life.

We have choices.

We have opportunity to show up the way we want to show up.

But first,

When we arise each morning,

We have to set our intentions.

Set our intentions on things that are positive.

Lead by example today.

Lead with God,

Grace in your heart,

In your mind,

In your spirit.

Today,

I challenge you to set an intention.

Remember,

You got this.

As we come to a close in this meditation,

Take a moment to just breathe again as you release within this meditation.
