Welcome to a five-minute mindfulness meditation practice.
Today we're going to call this meditation Rise and Shine.
First we're going to start off with a deep breath,
A deep inhale.
Imagine that favorite fragrance that you enjoy and just imagine and visualize yourself inhaling that fragrance right now and as you inhale,
Take five seconds to just hold that breath.
As you exhale,
Imagine yourself celebrating life,
Releasing and letting go.
Yes,
Release that oxygen from your breath.
And hold this space because in this space you are welcome.
You are welcome to be here.
You are embraced.
You are loved.
You are acknowledged.
You are cared for.
Hold the space.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Rise up.
Rise up.
Rise your vibration.
Illuminate.
Vibrate.
Good positive healing energy today.
As you step outside,
As you start your day,
Remember to rise and shine.
Shine bright as the sun.
Embrace Mother Earth.
Embrace yourself today.
Walk in the healing energy of love and light and positivity today.
Rise and shine.
Rise and shine.
Take this moment to just be with yourself in your breath and just be present and feel your heart with warmth.
Feel your heart with compassion.
Feel your heart with laughter and joy because today is a good day.
Today you will rise up.
Today you will shine bright.
So embrace today.
And take this moment to just wrap your arms around your body and give yourself a hug today.
Love on yourself more starting today.
Hug on yourself more starting today.
Acknowledge who you truly are.
Acknowledge your gifts.
Acknowledge your talents.
Acknowledge all that you are and all that you can be more of because you are worthy of all things.
So today let's embrace ourselves and let's rejoice because today we're going to rise up and we're going to shine.
