Now that you have unwind for the evening,

Take this moment to take a deep inhale and long exhale.

Use this time to relax your body and relax your mind.

Repeat after me the following affirmations.

I let go of all the day's stress and tension.

I am deeply relaxed and drift easily off to sleep.

I am surrounded by love and light as I sleep.

I am looking forward to a restful night's sleep.

My sleep is peaceful.

I am worthy of rest.

I attract happy dreams.

I focus on the present moment.

I am calm and relaxed.

I surrender to peace.

My body is ready to relax.

I release today and please fill in the blank.

What is it that you release today?

Before you close your eyes and immerse yourself in a deep sleep,

Remember to smile.

Remember to be present.

Now take this time to listen to the relaxing music in the back.

This is the time to emotionally escape from whatever you're feeling,

Whatever you're thinking,

And just be present.

Stretch your arms and your legs.

Wiggle your fingers.

Wiggle your toes.

Move your head from left to right,

Right to left.

Shoulder rolls forward and backwards.

And just breathe a deep inhale and a long exhale.

Yes,

This is what you need.

You deserve this moment.

Just relax and be with the sound of my voice.

Just listen to the sound of my voice and travel and journey with me as you drift off to sleep.

Rest is important.

So take your time to unwind and be present tonight.

This evening,

Relax yourself and just be present with the stars and the moon.

Be one and be connected.

Shine your energy as you rest.

Protect your energy as you rest.

Be still.

Have no worries.
