This meditation is designed to get you in the right frame of mind to find space and clarity to resolve issues and allow you to move on with your goals or relationships. By letting go of the current thoughts and stresses, enabling you to think clearer. Using affirmations to help rewire your brain to create new positive connections allowing your problem-solving wisdom to emerge. Clarity enables you to make better choices and decisions to find resolve from a place of compassion.

Sit or lie comfortably.

Take a few full easy breaths.

Allow your body to soften.

Allow your thoughts to soften.

Allow your body to feel heavy and fully supported.

Just allow whatever comes up to come up.

Be aware of it.

Observe it without attachment.

Label the experience and let it go.

Notice the sensations in your body.

Observe them.

Label them.

Label them and let them go.

Be aware of your emotions.

Label them and let them go.

Notice if your mind drifts or becomes busy.

And again label and let go.

Be aware of your breath.

Be aware of the rise and fall of the belly.

Be aware of the sensation of the air in your nostrils.

Be aware of the chest rising and falling.

Being in this space that you have given to yourself to take time out.

To come away from the chaos around you or the busyness around you.

To step within.

To observe and to let go of attachment that weighs you down.

That causes an emotional chaos.

Observe.

With a clearer mind.

With clarity to help resolve any issues you are facing right now.

I have a clear mind.

I have clarity of thoughts.

I am aware of what I need to do.

I have clarity of how I get to my goal.

My mind is clear to what I need to do to resolve any issues.

I am open to receiving information from a higher source.

My innate wisdom speaks freely to me and I listen.

I have clarity.

My intuition speaks to me strongly and I listen.

My innate intelligence is speaking to me.

I have clarity of thoughts.

I am able to resolve my issues easily.

With a sense of compassion.

With kindness.

And clarity.

I am able to see clearly how I resolve all issues.

I am able to see clearly how I let go of any limitations.

That I am telling myself or I am being told.

I am able to speak my truth with compassion and kindness.

I am able to listen to my truth with compassion and kindness.

I am clear what I need to do.

And I always come from a place of love.

I trust my inner voice.

I have always known.

Sit in peace and quiet.

Set your intention and reflect.

I'll watch the time.

Start to draw your attention back into the room and your surroundings.

And start to move your body gently,

Making up your fingers,

Your toes.

Add some gentle movement to your spine if you've been sat still or lying still.

Be aware of how you feel.

Note how you feel.

Note any thoughts that have come up,

Any insights.

You may wish to write these down,

Or it's very easy to forget.
