Greetings friends and welcome to this meditation where we'll take a little time to meet our inner goddess.
Find yourself a comfortable place to relax,
Make yourself warm and comfortable.
Let yourself be held by the warmth and softness and all that is beneath you.
Gently becoming aware of your breath.
Take an easy inhale through your nose and an easeful exhale.
Gentle and calm.
Let each cycle of breath be long and slow and even.
There is nothing else for you to do.
This is your time,
Your space,
Your place.
Feeling comfortable,
Gentle and weightless.
Allow any tensions to melt away.
Allow your mind to empty with busy thoughts as we wipe your canvas clean.
Thoughts may trickle into your mind like water and you can acknowledge them and then just let them trickle on out of your mind.
Each inhale you take is full of new energy,
New life,
Everything you need.
And each exhale purifies,
Heals and carries away that that no longer supports your highest good.
See the cleansing energy of your breath reach all the way to your toes.
See your inhales filling your feet,
Ankles,
Shins and calves with rejuvenating light.
As you exhale all tension,
All tightness or fatigue leaves the body.
Allow yourself a few moments of following the breath as it lavishes your knees,
Thighs,
Hips and back with perfect,
Purifying light.
Let go of all you no longer need.
As you continue to breathe and renew yourself,
Turn your attention to the space about two inches below your navel.
This our sacral chakra,
Our sacred space,
The seat of our intuition,
The heart line to our higher self.

This sacred space is the garden of the goddess,
Your center for personal power,
Your strength blossoms here.
And the sun shining over this creative paradise is your heart,
Radiating its wisdom,
Love and energy.
In this perfect place,
All things are possible.
Imagine yourself walking in your garden sanctuary,
Everything is just how you like it to be.
You are comfortable,
Safe and surrounded by beauty.
You walk and enjoy the blossoms,
Feeling peaceful and restored.
You notice a path with steps leading to a garden house and you recognize this house as your creation.
As you approach the house,
You feel your feet press against the earth.
As you take each step you realize a truth.
You were made by and for love.
You are worthy of every good thing.
You are here on purpose.
You are important to all that is.
Your dreams are your destiny.
You are never alone.
Your heart is wise.
You are a divine creation.
You are enough.
You are the most powerful person in your life.
As you reach the last step,
You are standing at the threshold of your garden house.
You open the door and before you stands a radiant,
Wise woman.
She has great serenity,
Grace and a softest in her eyes that you recognize.
She is as graceful as a gazelle,
Elegant as a swan.
You observe her,
Her appearance,
Her hair,
Her skin.
See her moving freely,
The music of nature flowing through her body like a running river.
She embraces you and welcomes you inside.
You recognize this woman.
She is your goddess self.
And you see in her the magnificence of you.
She is your inner goddess and she is gorgeous and unapologetic in knowing so.
She is a powerful creator and finds strength in accepting her emotions and vulnerabilities.
She rules with compassion,
Kindness and forgiveness.
She knows that to give love,
She must first love herself.
Spend the next few minutes sitting with your inner goddess.
She is here to serve you.
Your inner goddess will always answer you.
You may receive your answers now or any time over the coming days.
Your answers may come in synchronicities,
Dreams,
Sudden knowings or even songs.
Trust that what you need will be revealed or manifested in the perfect time,
Place and way.

Just in your own time,
You prepare to return to the outside world,
Your goddess self embraces you,
Tells you that she loves you and that she was always with you.
She asks you to call on her often and to never forget or turn away from the magnificence that you are.
