And imagine that your attention is a beam of light.

It is scattered,
Pointing in many different directions.

Gently bring that light back to one point,
Your breath.
Take another breath,
And fully allow that breath to flow from beginning to end.
And again,
In and out.
If your mind drifts,
Then gently bring it back to this moment.
No judgment,
No analysis.
Just return to this moment.
Take another breath,
And notice how your mind becomes a little clearer,
Simply by staying in this moment right now.
Now,
Repeat this quietly.
