Start to become aware of your breath as you inhale and exhale.
Imagine with each inhale,
Your body becoming more and more relaxed.
Any stress or negative emotions begin to melt away.
Let all your weight sink into the ground as your body begins to relax.
You are completely relaxed.
Imagine that your body begins to sleep.
You are still awake consciously,
But physically your body falls down and down into a deep trance.
Imagine pulling your awareness up out of your body,
Out of the room,
And into the sky.
Your body down below is surrounded by a protective light,
Allowing you to fly up towards the sun.
As you get closer to the sun,
You can feel the warm glow of the light.
Imagine flying into the sun,
Completely protected as the light surrounds you with a healing energy.
The healing sunlight surrounding you expands and flows into your pineal gland,
Which is a small gland the size of a pea located near the center of the brain.
This space begins to cleanse and clear.
Just be open to whatever feeling comes up as your pineal gland awakens.
Now your pineal gland is completely cleansed and healed.
You find yourself transported back into your physical body,
Back into this physical room.
Begin now to reconnect with your physical senses.
You begin to feel revitalized now as you reconnect with your body.
Feel your weight against the ground,
The pull of gravity.
Take a deep inhale and a deep exhale.
