Learning how to raise our vibration can help us to live a more aligned and rich life full of awe and beauty.
When working with this meditation,
I just ask that you keep an open mind and an open heart and allow yourself to focus more on the feelings and let go more of any thoughts and ego.
Do this meditation in a space that you can relax and let go of the world.
If you need to,
Grab a pen and paper so you can write anything down that comes up.
Otherwise,
Take a few breaths and allow your body to relax.
Give yourself permission to relax and enjoy this meditation.
You can sit up with a straight back or lie down with your arms by your sides and let your weight sink into the ground as your body begins to sink down and relax.
Feel your body getting rooted.
Imagine roots spreading down through your feet and into the ground.
Take a deep breath in,
Gathering up all the energy of the earth into your heart and a deep exhale,
Seeing this energy spreading out all around you.
Now begin to breathe in a slow and steady rhythm.
Allow any feelings,
Emotions,
Or thoughts to flow in and out of your awareness.
Begin to focus now on how you feel energetically in this moment.
What does the energy within and around you feel like?
Pay attention to anything that comes up while you tune into your energy.
Now think back or create a time,
A moment,
In which you felt yourself feeling great,
Like your energy was buzzing and you were really connected to your true self,
Your soul,
Your higher self.
And what does it feel like to really connect and to raise your vibration?
Maybe you feel a buzzing sensation all over.
Maybe you feel lighter,
More at peace.
Just be open and notice how it feels to raise your vibration.
Draw in these feelings to yourself,
To your body in this moment right now.
And feel your energy raising as you draw this in.
As your vibration rises,
So too does your thoughts and your emotions.
What does it look like and what does it feel like for your thoughts and your emotions to raise up along with your vibration?
Imagine that your true purpose becomes more clear.
When you raise your vibration,
You begin to take steps to aligning more with this true purpose,
Even if you don't have a full grasp on it yet.
Imagine that your base vibration,
The vibration of your energy in your day to day life,
Now raises,
The bar raises.
And every moment from now on,
Even if it's just a slight change,
Your base vibration will be a little higher.
This will allow you to make better choices,
More healthy decisions and take aligned actions.
You have now successfully raised your vibration in this moment and are on the path to having a higher base vibration.
And now even if you find yourself back down in a low vibration,
Which happens,
It'll be easier for you to accept and then it'll be easier for you to get out of that low vibration.
The effects of this meditation will continue to stick with you for long after it's over.
You can return here any time that you need.
When you're ready to come out of the meditation,
Take a deep inhale,
Holding it at the top and feeling yourself coming back into this physical moment in your body.
You can exhale and feel all your sensations return.
Now gently open your eyes when you're ready to end the practice.
Make sure to move and stretch your body if you need to and I hope you have a great rest of your day.
