Transcript

Welcome to the reprogramming true abundance meditation.

Take a deep breath,

Hold it for three seconds and exhale until you empty your lungs.

Again,

A deep breath in,

Hold it for three seconds and exhale all the air out.

One more time,

A deep breath in,

Hold for three seconds and let it all go.

Now allow your breath to find a steady,

Comfortable rhythm as your mind and body begin to relax.

Allow all of your weight to sink into the ground.

Allow the chatter of your mind to fade away.

Imagine your thoughts like leaves floating down a river.

This river flows in one ear and out the other,

Carrying away all your thoughts.

Just acknowledge each one disappear.

Just acknowledge each one that appears,

Accept it,

And allow it to float away and disappear.

Anything important will return to you after the meditation.

Notice gravity keeping your physical body planted onto the ground.

Imagine roots coming out and entering the soil,

Becoming firmly attached to earth.

Know that your body will be safe and protected while you do this meditation.

Your mind becomes more and more relaxed.

Your body sinks deeper and deeper.

Your thoughts begin to slow down.

Your mind becomes more and more still.

Remember to continue breathing throughout this whole meditation.

Your breath can help you to come back to the meditation if you drift off and want to return.

As you continue to breathe,

You begin to notice your mind opening up to you.

Doorways that were once blocked are being opened.

You continue to become more and more relaxed as you sink deeper and deeper into the meditation.

Just continue to breathe and relax as you imagine yourself walking wherever is the most peaceful to you.

As you do this,

Your mind continues to become more and more still.

You sink deeper and deeper into the meditation.

As you walk and connect more and more with peace,

You can feel the door to your subconscious mind getting closer and closer to you.

Connecting more and more with your subconscious mind.

Allowing your conscious mind to drift away.

Imagine a doorway appearing in front of you.

It's a beautifully decorated door with your name on it and the word subconscious mind.

Take another deep breath and at the end of your exhale,

The door opens up for you.

Behind it is a bright light.

Maybe it's white.

Maybe it has color to it.

Walk through it and feel yourself entering into your subconscious mind.

You now have access to your subconscious and can program it to expand your wealth and true abundance.

We're going to use positive affirmations to help reprogram your subconscious mind.

With each affirmation,

Repeat it either inside yourself or out loud and really truly feel it in your heart.

Feel it like it's absolutely true.

So repeat each affirmation and imagine feeling it more and more each time.

Feel it really begin to shift your subconscious mind.

I open up to receive my true abundance.

I deserve to be wealthy.

Allowing anything that doesn't help you manifest your true abundance to disappear.

Three,

Fully returned back into your conscious mind.

Back fully into your physical body.

Wiggling your toes and fingers can help that transition.

You are now fully back into this moment.

Let go of anything that doesn't serve you.

Imagine for the next few months things beginning to happen for you.

As you reprogram your subconscious mind,

Your conscious mind will follow.

You can return to this meditation as many times as you need or would like to.

And the more you do it,

The stronger you will be.
