Welcome,
Welcome.
This meditation is designed for you if you're experiencing a panic attack or some anxiety now or at some other time.
If you're in a state where you have an extreme amount of energy and you don't know what to do with it,
Then I suggest you go for a walk.
Find something to do that may be productive.
Otherwise,
If you can,
Close your eyes and allow yourself to relax.
Do what you have to to be comfortable.
Go ahead and begin to breathe,
Inhaling to seven,
Holding for one second and then exhaling,
Counting to seven.
Remember that everything you're feeling,
You're experiencing is okay.
And so as you breathe,
Just accept everything that you're feeling.
Anxiety and panic attacks,
They happen to a lot of people.
They've happened to me before and it's changed my life.
It's gotten me to do the things that I've always dreamed of doing.
So as you breathe and relax,
Just remember everything has a reason.
Remember you're more than these feelings.
These are just a temporary experience.
Right now,
Think back to a time that you felt really relaxed.
Just imagine yourself there right now,
Tuning into the feelings,
The emotions.
Bring to mind something that you're grateful for.
Tune into that feeling of gratitude.
Notice how it melts away any anxiety,
Any panic.
Send the feelings of anxiety and panic gratitude for helping you to come to this moment in your life where you may now take a huge step toward your best,
Truest self.
Anytime you need,
Just remember to breathe.
Accept everything that you're feeling because it's okay,
You're here.
You're not alone.
A lot of us feel it.
And as you accept it,
It will fade away.
And you will gain knowledge and wisdom and everything you need to move on and succeed.
When you're ready,
Begin to come back,
Feeling relaxed at ease.
Your mind becomes more clear.
Your feelings and emotions have settled down.
Returning to the breath that brings you back into your body.
Feeling gravity helps you to stay grounded.
At your own pace,
You can wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
Move your body if you need to,
And gently open your eyes.
I wish you all the best and I have felt these feelings a lot as well so when I said you're not alone,
I mean it.
You got this.
Just keep breathing and moving forward.
Have a great day.
Namaste.
