About one third of our lives are spent in bed sleeping,
So we need to make sense to make sure that we get the best sleep possible.
It's important to create a comfortable space for your sleeping sanctuary.
For the purpose of this meditation,
Make sure that you have enough time to rest properly.
If you can't do that today or tonight,
Do so as soon as possible.
Also,
Too much sleep can be a bad thing.
Most people need about 8 hours for a good night's sleep.
It's different for everyone,
So experiment and see what is the perfect balance for you.
Right now,
Just breathe and relax.
And know that everything is going to be alright.
If you need to,
Take this time to set up a sleeping sanctuary with whatever helps you to sleep.
Whenever you're ready,
Begin to close your eyes.
And imagine creating a perfect sleeping sanctuary inside of yourself.
Once you have created your sanctuary,
Begin to wind down from your day.
Reflect on everything that has happened.
Let go of any stress.
Let it melt away.
Everything that you need to do tomorrow flows in and out.
And if you need to absolutely remember something,
Make sure that you always have a pen or pencil and something to write on next to your bed.
For now,
Focus on the present moment.
Remember that you are allowing yourself to rest for the night.
Feel the softness of the pillows and blankets.
Let your body sink down and down into the bed.
Thoughts are floating away as your mind calms down.
You will have a great night's rest.
You will wake up feeling revitalized.
You will have sweet dreams.

Allow your mind to focus on all of your physical senses.
Begin to imagine each muscle relaxing one by one,
Starting from the bottom of your feet.
And move slowly up your body,
Just allowing each muscle to relax from the bottom of your feet to the top of your head.
Feel your body beginning to sleep.

You can allow your body to sleep.
Just listen to the music with your awareness on your body falling asleep.
Drifting off into a healing rest.
