Let's get started with this sound meditation,
Calming your nervous system,
And letting go of your whole day,
Of everything you've been holding on to.
Take a deep breath in all the way to the belly,
Chest,
And release.
Focus on your breathing.
Is it fast or slow,
Warm or cold,
Without judgment?
Just observe.
Feel what you're feeling inside of your body.
With every exhalation,
Lower your shoulders.
Let go of the tension in your jaw,
Tension in your chest,
In your belly.
Release it with every exhalation.
Feel what you feel inside your body without judgment.
With every exhalation,
Just let go of what no longer serves you.
Feel all you have is the here and now,
The present moment.
As there is no future or past,
Just a here and now.
You and your breath.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale,
Release.
Whatever might come up,
Let it go.
Let it pass by like clouds in the sky.
You don't need to touch them or hold on to them.
You can just see them and watch them without any judgment.
Feel the sound move through you and around you.
Knowing everything is made of energy.
Whatever you give energy to will create your reality.
Let the vibration shake off any tension or limiting relieves you've been holding onto for too long.
Whatever you feel within your body,
Give it space to exist.
Everything serves a purpose for it to come up.
Take a deep breath in all the way to your belly,
Chest,
And release.
Feel whatever your body needs most right now.
Feel if you feel some tension still in your body.
Focus on that tension,
And with every exhalation,
Let go of that tension like it melts away.
Feel your nervous system relax with every sound,
With every vibration you hear.
Go into the rest and digest,
Calming your nervous system.
Breathe all the way to your belly.
Expand your belly a little bit more.
And exhale,
Release,
And let go,
Breathing out.
Know that whatever you need is already within you.
It's time to let go of the fear,
Shame,
The guilt that keeps you playing small.
Let go with every exhalation,
Returning back to your body.
Returning back to your most authentic self,
Fully in alignment.
Take one more deep breath in,
And exhale,
Coming back to the here and now,
Hear the sounds around you,
The space you're in,
Moving your focus inward,
Back to the focus outward.
