Welcome to this new meditation on letting go.
This short meditation is going to help you let go of the pressure that you're feeling in this current moment.
Take a deep breath into your nose and out through your mouth.
And with every exhalation feel your body relax more and more.
Feel where in your body you feel tension.
And accept the tension.
Everything you do,
You have two choices in life.
Either accept and surrender or get into movement.
This is the same with your body and the tension you're experiencing.
So when you feel the tension,
Breathe in,
Breathe out and let go and surrender.
Or breathe in and breathe out and put your body into motion.
Through movement,
Through movement,
You release tension.
Through surrendering,
You release tension.
Because all you do is accepting.
That's what's there.
During your day,
You can practice this every time.
But simply taking a deep breath in through your nose and taking a deep breath out through your mouth.
And to make a decision,
If you're going to surrender or if you're going into movement.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Out through your mouth and feel whatever feels good to you.
Either surrendering and feeling your body getting more and more grounded or moving your body through the tension and getting into motion.
Maybe slowly start with moving your shoulders or your hips or your hands,
Your head or your toes.
It doesn't have to be big movements.
Small movements is also putting your body into movement.
With surrendering and accepting,
You're letting go.
You're releasing tension by breathing in and out through your mouth.
And then feeling the tension going out with the breath.
Every movement of the breath.
So whatever you do,
You're always into motion.
Even with surrendering,
You're breathing out and you're letting go.
Feel how your body is feeling without judgment,
Just observation.
Let go of your worries,
Your tension and just feel how you're part of the universe.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
How you are motion.
Your energy in motion.
And you can decide what you're going to do with this energy.
So are you going to surrender and accept and move your body or are you going to hold on to that tension?
Eventually it's going to make you ill,
Sick or stress.
You have a choice.
Move through your body,
Let go,
Surrender and focus on your breathing today.
Take again a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Let go.
And slowly do this a few more times until the music stops and you can continue with your day feeling more relaxed,
Tension free.
You can do it.
