Welcome to this short meditation of affirmations for peace.

I invite you to find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down.

Close your eyes.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in.

Exhale through the mouth,

Let out some sound.

Inhale slowly and deeply.

Exhale with a sigh.

One more breath like this.

Inhale,

Fill the belly and the chest with breath.

Exhale,

Let it all go.

As you hear each affirmation,

I invite you to repeat it silently in your mind or out loud.

I am deeply calm and relaxed.
