Stop playing small,

An audio healing journey to empower yourself.

Please close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Not the shallow kind,

Not the breath that keeps you small.

I'm asking you to take a breath that expands your chest,

Stretches your ribs and wakes something deep inside you.

A breath that says I'm here and I'm ready.

Take long,

Deep breaths that remind you that you're alive and that this life is yours to create anything you want.

For so long,

You've been hiding,

Camouflaged,

Blending into the background,

Making yourself smaller than you really are.

Maybe you thought that if you stayed quiet,

If you didn't take up too much space,

Then you'd be safer.

Maybe you thought that if you gave enough,

Bent enough,

Smiled enough,

You'd be accepted and loved.

But let me tell you something,

You were not made to disappear.

You were not born to blend in.

You were born to be seen.

This is the moment you've been waiting for.

Right now,

Right here,

The world will no longer get the watered down version of you.

This is your time.

Your time to peel back the camouflage,

To step into the raw,

Untouchable truth of who you are.

Tightening around your chest,

Forcing you to earn the love,

The approval and the acceptance that was always meant to be yours without condition.

Feel all of the armour now.

Feel how heavy it's become.

You've worn it for so long that you might not even realise how much it's been weighing you down and holding you back.

But that armour has served its purpose and it doesn't belong to you anymore.

So picture yourself standing in all of that heavy armour now,

And see cracks starting to form along its surface.

Thin at first,

Then spreading across every piece of all the armour you're wearing.

The shield of silence snaps in two.

All the chains fall from your chest.

The helmet dissolves and for the first time you can feel the air of possibility and infinite potential on your skin.

Breathe it in.

This is what freedom feels like.

Feel a new energy rising up inside you now.

It's been locked away for so long,

Buried beneath the silence,

The doubt and the fear.

But it's now rising raw and unstoppable.

This is your voice.

The one they told you was too much.

It's here now and it's no longer waiting for permission.
