Welcome to this audio healing journey,

A journey to take your power back.

Before we begin,

I'd first like to remind you of something that you may have forgotten.

Deep inside of you,

There is a fire,

A power,

A light that no one can ever take away from you.

No matter how much others have tried to dim your light,

That flame has never gone out.

It might only be embers now,

But today you're going to fan that flame until it burns brighter than ever before.

At some point in your life,

Someone may have stolen your power.

Maybe it was a parent who didn't see your worth,

A teacher who made you feel small,

A colleague who chipped away at your confidence,

Or maybe it's still happening right now.

Maybe right now,

Someone's words or actions are making you question who you are and what you're capable of,

But here's the truth.

No one can take from you what is divinely yours.

They may have dimmed your light,

But they can never extinguish it.

This journey is about stepping back into the fullness of who you are.

It's about remembering your strength,

Your worth,

And your infinite capacity to rise above everything that has tried to hold you down.

Together we will cut the cords that have tied you to the past.

We will reignite the fire within you,

And you will step back into your power.

So let's begin.

Let's begin by grounding ourselves,

Preparing for the deep journey ahead.

Close your eyes and take some long,

Slow,

Deep breaths in,

Filling yourself with courage and determination.

This air you breathe isn't just air,

It's the energy of your soul,

Waking up,

Readying itself for transformation.

Breathe in deeply,

And as you exhale,

Sigh out any fear,

Any doubt,

Or any hesitation.

Let it all fall away like dust every time you exhale.

Deep breaths in,

Feeling it sweeping through you,

Clearing away the cobwebs of anyone else's expectations.

And exhale with intention,

Releasing the voices that told you who you should be,

How you should act,

And what you're worth.

One last deep breath now,

Here in the sacred vastness of your own essence,

You are free to nurture,

And now I want you to look down at your body.

And as you look down,

You notice something unusual.

Long thin cords of energy extending from your body,

Stretching out into the distance,

Disappearing into the past.

These cords are made of the things others have placed upon you,

Their words,

Their actions,

Their opinions,

Their judgments.

Each cord of energy represents a moment where someone stole a piece of your power.

There's a cord connected to the parent who told you that you weren't enough.

A cord at someone who bullied or laughed at you.

A cord for the partner who made you doubt your worth.

A cord for the friend that betrayed you.

All these cords,

Some faint,

Some thick and heavy,

All tugging at your energy and draining your light.

Take a moment now to look at all these cords.

You might not be able to see the end of each one,

But you can feel the weight of them,

The burden,

The stories you've carried that were never yours to begin with.

And now in your hand,

Something extraordinary begins to appear,

A knife.

But not just any knife,

This blade is made of pure,

Radiant light,

Shimmering with golden sparks glowing with divine energy.

This is the knife of your soul,

A symbol of your inner strength,

Your resilience and your eternal fire.

The knife of your soul has been waiting for this moment,

Waiting for you to use it to set yourself free.

Feel the power of this knife in your hand now.

It's weightless yet strong beyond measure.

Now look down at the cords once more.

You can see them more clearly now.

Feel their weight,

Feel their pull.

Feel how these cords have been keeping you bound to the past,

Unable to move forward to your happiest existence.

But with your soul's knife in hand,

You are no longer powerless.

You now have the ability to cut every single one of these cords,

Freeing yourself from the stories,

Judgements,

Behaviours and opinions that have tried to define you.

So take your knife to the first cord,

The one that feels the heaviest,

The most burdensome.

This may be the cord tied to a toxic belief someone else made you believe about yourself,

Something a parent,

A sibling,

A teacher said or did to make you doubt your worth.

Maybe it's a cord connected to a toxic romantic relationship where someone chipped away at your self-esteem.

Perhaps it's tied to someone who disrespected you,

Abused your trust or crossed your boundaries.

As the soon as the blade touches this cord,

It dissolves,

Evaporating into the golden light that surrounds you.

You are free from it,

So move to the next cord.

Perhaps this one is connected to a family member who didn't treat you with kindness.

Maybe it's tied to the hurtful words of a bully or the neglect of someone who was supposed to love you.

Each time the knife touches a cord,

The cord vanishes completely,

Never to return again.

You are free from their power over you.

So take your time now,

Cut through each cord one by one.

There may be cords connected to toxic self-beliefs that you've carried because someone else told you you're not good enough.

There may be cords from a partner who didn't honour your worth.

There may be cords from a moment when someone made you feel small.

All these beliefs and moments do not belong to you anymore.

With every cut,

You are releasing the past and reclaiming your truth.

Let this be your moment of deep release and freedom.

And as the cords disappear one by one,

Know that the energy,

The strength,

The light that was once drained from you is now returning,

Flowing back into your body,

Your heart,

Your soul.

You are becoming lighter,

Brighter and stronger with every cord that vanishes.

No one holds power over you anymore.

Every time you cut a cord,

You reclaim a part of yourself.

A part that was always yours.

Make sure you cut every cord now.

Release every belief,

Every story,

Every moment that no longer serves you.

This is your time.

This is your moment to take your power back.

Now you have cut the cords of everything and everyone from the past that took your power from you.

Now that all the cords have been cut and you've released what has been holding you back,

It's now time to reignite the flame within.

The flame that may be just a faint ember dimmed by the weight of your past.

Nonetheless,

The embers have never gone out completely.

Your inner fire has always been there,

Waiting for this very moment when you bring your inner flame back to life.

So with your eyes still closed,

I'd like you to see a flame begin to spark before you.

It starts very small,

A flicker of violet light,

Glowing softly like a distant star.

This is no ordinary flame.

This is the violet flame,
