Invite abundance in.

Find a comfortable position for your body.

Get out any last-minute movements and commit to stillness.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Keeping your awareness on your breath,

Direct your inner vision to the crown of your head.

Imagine there exists a small hole at the top of your skull,

And that as you breathe,

The breath moves in and out through it.

Breathe through the crown of your head and begin to imagine a golden light just above this space.

As you breathe gently,

Imagine this golden light is pouring down over you.

It surrounds your body from the outside and streams down through the hole in your skull,

Filling you from the inside out.

Imagine this golden light fills your body completely.

As you watch the light pour in through the crown of your head,

See it as it moves down through your body like a vessel.

Watch as it fills your toes.

Let it fill your two feet.

See the light pour into the columns of your legs,

Filling your legs from the ankles to the knees,

From the knees to the pelvis.

Experience the light as a warm sensation,

As it fills you up completely.

Observe the light as it pours in and fills your belly,

Your chest.

Let the light run down into all of your fingers.

Feel the insides of your hands and arms fill with this golden light.

Notice what it feels like as you get more and more full from the light as it streams in through the crown of your head.

Find comfort in the brightness of it.

Watch as the golden light fills you up all the way to the crown of your head.

As you become filled from the inside out,

Your body can no longer contain all of this golden light.

See the light now streaming from your eyes,

From your ears,

From your nose,

Streaming from the inside out.

Imagine it begins to stream out from each toe,

From each finger.

Imagine this light radiating out from inside of you.

And feel the power of your breath as it moves in and out of the top of your head.

Continuing to experience the fullness of this light as it streams out from inside of you,

Silently repeat inside of your mind.

Aum Sri Maha Lakshmi Namaha.

Let the words repeat silently inside of your mind.

Continuing to repeat these words,

Begin to make your breath more powerful.

Power up your breath as you see the golden light expanding from your inner body out into the world.

Make each next breath more deep,

More powerful,

More strong.

Keep repeating inside of your mind.

Aum Sri Maha Lakshmi Namaha.

Make your next breath as deep as possible.

Inhale powerfully through the nose.

Exhale deeply.

On the next inhalation,

Imagine your body explodes with the fullness of the golden light.

And you are no longer a body,

But have become the light.

Keep inhaling and exhaling deeply and powerfully.

Between the inhalation and the exhalation,

Pause.

Feel the expansion and the space inside the emptiness.

Do it again and again.

Inhale full and deep and then pause.

Exhale slow and complete.

Inhale full and deep.

Pause.

Exhale full and complete.

Do it again and again.

Feel the power of the breath.

Feel yourself expanded into the golden light.

Then let go.

Relax.

Let the breath settle back down.

On your next inhale,

Repeat the words,

I am abundance.

As you exhale,

What I want is already mine.

Stay with these words and the feeling inside of your body for a few breath cycles.

I am abundance.

What I want is already mine.

I am abundance.

What I want is already mine.

On your next exhale,

Let go of the words.

Return your awareness to the feeling of the breath.

On an inhale,

Let your eyes slowly open as you return to the start of your abundant day.

Namaskar.
