You are complete.
However you are right now is good enough.
You are not here to focus and do anything.
You are here to relax and absorb this transmission in the background of your mind.
To do this,
Close your eyes and settle into yourself.
Be aware of your breath.
Let go of effort.
There was a time in your life at some point along the way where you learned that how you are right now is incomplete.
There was a time in your life when some experience or person told you that who you are was not enough.
What I'm saying is true.
Not just for you,
But for most people.
The modern world has convinced us that to feel and be complete we must add something that currently does not exist into our lives.
This is an illusion.
Simply one illusion of the external world.
What is it you could need to make you whole?
Does money make you whole?
Does love make you whole?
Does a new car or a new home or a better job make you whole?
If it were the case that any of these things completed you,
There would never be a moment once you had found them that you felt incomplete again.
If it were the case that the acquisition of these things made you complete,
Once you acquired them,
You would stop searching for more.
You haven't stopped searching.
You have acquired many things that should complete you based on the thinking of the modern world.
And yet,
Here you are.
Here you are looking for more.
At some point,
Everyone arrives here.
Here is not the acquisition of more material possessions in an attempt to find wholeness.
Here is the deeper seeking.
What are you doing here right now?
What are you looking for?
I ask you these questions so that you may ask them to yourself.
What am I doing here?
What am I looking for?
I don't want you to answer these questions in words.
I want you to feel the answers.
What are you doing here?
What are you looking for?
You are here now because you know that you are already complete.
You are here now because intuitively you know that how you are in this moment is complete.
You are looking for affirmation.
I am here to give it to you.
Feel yourself breathe.
Your breath is complete.
You are a whole human being.
You are missing nothing.
There is nothing outside of you that will ever complete you because there is nothing you are missing.
You are perfect just as you are.
You are a living being.
You bring joy and love to the people around you.
You are filled with life.
You were born whole and you will die whole.
Wholeness is not something you must seek.
When you feel as though you are missing something,
It is not because it is the truth.
It is because you are surrounded with messages that counteract the truth of reality.
You are complete,
But telling you that does not make me any money.
The external world is operating on taking more from you.
To do this,
It has convinced you,
You are not enough exactly as you are.
Wake up now to this truth.
Affirm to yourself that how you are in this moment is whole.
Nothing outside of you will fulfill you.
You already have everything that you need for success in this life.
Success is not a nice house,
A certain amount of children,
The right kind of lover,
A job that pays just enough.
Success is being able to find joy in each moment.
Success is seeing the beauty of the flowers,
The magic of the sunset,
The voice of the wind.
Success is knowing you are whole.
Exhale now.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Feel the wholeness of your being inside of your breath.
Let these words sink in.
You are whole.
You are complete.
You are perfect just as you are.
You have everything that you need.
You are filled with joy.
You are enough.
You are loved.
You are an alive,
Awake,
Aware human being.
I love you.
I love you in your wholeness.
I love you in your completeness.
I love you exactly as you are.
Exhale.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Relax everywhere.
Let go of all resistance.
Spend the next few moments in silence,
Being with your breath.
There is only one life.
There is only one life.
And you are living it right now.
You are not wasted searching for more.
Walk into the world knowing you are complete.
As you embrace the world from a perspective of wholeness,
Observe how the world embraces you back.
You are complete.
You are whole.
You are enough.

Let your breath return to normal.
Open your eyes as you slowly open them to go about your day.
