Good morning.

Close your eyes and settle into yourself.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Notice what it feels like to breathe.

Keep everything soft.

The skin around your eyes.

Your tongue inside of your mouth.

The sides of your face where your upper and your lower jaw meet.

Be soft.

Feel the softness from your face trickle down your body.

Soften your throat.

Soften your shoulders.

Release the muscles in your upper arms.

Soften your lower arms.

And let your wrists loosen as your fingers fall away from your hands.

Soften the back of your body.

Soften your lower back and your pelvis.

Let your legs feel as though they're getting longer as they soften from the hip to the knee to the ankle.

Be with your whole body.

Feel the softness of your breath move throughout your entire physical form.

What is it like here in this space right now?

What does it feel like here in the quiet early morning space of your mind?

Be soft as you sense it.

Be gentle with yourself as you look at the contents of your mind.

What are your thoughts like right now?

How are they moving inside of your mind?

What is the energy of your thinking mind right now?

Observe yourself.

There's a feeling as though you sit back away from the outer surface of the face.

The energy of your consciousness sinks back more towards the seat of the self at the center of the mind.

Attempt to feel that now.

Feel as though you sit back away from your external self as you observe.

Do not judge or criticize.

Take this opportunity to practice what it's like to be with yourself throughout time.

How does it feel to breathe?

Consciously observe your in and out breaths as you recite the words I'm about to say in sync with the movement of your breath.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Today is a beautiful day.

Inhale.

Repeat the words.

Today is a beautiful day.

Exhale.

I feel alive and whole.

Inhale.

I feel alive and whole.

Exhale.

I am not ruled by my thoughts.

Inhale.

I am not ruled by my thoughts.

Exhale.

I am not ruled by my emotions.

Inhale.

I am not ruled by my emotions.

Exhale.

Today is a beautiful day.

Inhale.

Today is a beautiful day.

Exhale.

I am the creator of my experience.

Inhale.

I am the creator of my experience.

Now stay with this phrase,

I am the creator of my experience.

Exhale.

I am the creator of my experience.

Inhale.

I am the creator of my experience.

Stay with the words for just a few moments.

Deepen your breath as you make the words louder inside of your mind.

I am the creator of my experience.

Deepen your breath.

In breath deep.

Out breath full and complete.

I am the creator of my experience.

Feel it.

Grow taller as you sit in your seat.

Begin to activate your physical body,

The muscles,

Engage them.

I am the creator of my experience.

Let go of the words.

Observe yourself as you breathe.

Take a few moments here.

Let yourself come out of your practice slowly before you step back into your beautiful day.

Namaskar.
