Find a comfortable position.
Sit up straight,
Allowing your hands to rest softly on your thighs.
And if you feel safe,
You can gently close your eyes.
And then take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and release it fully through your mouth.
Take another deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Release any pressure or tension.
You might feel around sales or making the pitch.
And now just let your breathing settle naturally.
Each inhale creating more ease.
And each exhale releasing any ideas of sales that don't serve you.
And now imagine yourself standing at the entrance to a serene garden.
Your serene garden.
A place that represents your unique approach to selling.
In this garden,
There are no tactics,
No sales scripts.
Only you standing in the clarity of your own values,
Of your own worth.
As you step forward into this garden,
Feel the softness of the ground beneath you.
Each step feeling grounded and real.
This garden is where your true energy meets the needs of the clients who align with you.
Truly feel yourself relax as you realize that selling doesn't have to be about convincing or even manipulating.
