Welcome to this brief but powerful moment of presence.

This is a flash of surrender.

I'm Sara Sanacroce and I'll be your guide today.

Just take a comfortable seat or lie down and let your hands rest softly.

If it feels safe,

Close your eyes.

Then take a deep breath in through your nose,

Fill your lungs,

Hold the breath for a moment and now exhale slowly through your mouth.

One more time,

Breathe in and as you exhale,

Drop your shoulders,

Unclench your jaw and soften your grip on everything.

Let's begin by noticing what are you holding tightly right now.

Is it a worry,

An outcome,

A should?

No need to fix it,

Just notice right now.

And now,

For just this moment,

Let yourself not hold it,

Loosen your mental fists by opening your palms,

Literally but also energetically and whisper quietly inside,

I surrender,

I surrender,

But not because I'm giving up,

But because I'm opening up to life,

To trust,

To something wiser than my mind.

Now imagine a soft breeze moving through your body,

It clears old tension,

Releases tight stories and sweeps away the belief that you need to control it all.

This is surrender,

This is softness,

This is power.

And again,

Repeat silently,

I don't need to know right now,

I let go of forcing,

I surrender to what wants to unfold.

Breathe with that,

Feel the space and spaciousness that opens inside you,

A spaciousness where intuition can rise,

Where clarity can arrive,

Where peace begins.

Gently,

Bring your awareness back to your body,

Your breath,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

It only takes a moment,

But it changes everything.

Namaste.
