Welcome to this meditation to shift from overthinking into inner knowing,
A place within you that already holds the answers.
I'm Sarasenna Croce and I'll be your guide today.
Go ahead and find a comfortable position.
You can do this seated or lying down,
With your hands resting gently on your lap or at your sides.
If it feels safe,
Gently close your eyes.
Now,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely.
Hold it and slowly exhale through your mouth,
Letting your thoughts begin to settle.
Take another deep breath in,
And this time imagine that you're inhaling clarity.
Hold it and now exhale any confusion,
Tension and mental clutter.
Now,
Just let your breath ease into a gentle,
Natural rhythm.
Bring your attention to your body,
From the top of your head to your toes,
Just invite a softening.
Soften your brow,
Your eyes,
Unclench your jaw,
Let your shoulders drop,
Let your hands be open and soft.
Let your belly loosen and let your legs just feel heavy and let them rest and feel the stillness building inside of you.
Breathe here for a few moments longer and let your whole system begin to slow down.
And now bring your awareness to your heart space.
Place the hand there if it feels right and ask yourself quietly,
What does my inner knowing want me to hear today?
It may come as a word,
A memory,
An image or simply a sense of peace.
Just trust whatever arises or trust the quiet.
Now repeat silently,
I trust my inner wisdom.
Clarity comes in stillness,
I already know.
Let those words settle,
Let them take root.
And now imagine a gentle stream of light blowing down through the top of your head,
From source,
From your higher self and meeting the grounded energy rising up from mama earth.
These two energies meet at your heart.
This is where your knowing lives.
This is your inner compass.
You don't need to figure it all out,
You just need to listen.
Take a moment to breathe and feel both streams of energy blowing through you,
One from above and one from below,
Balanced,
Connected,
Clear.
A phrase,
A color,
A pause,
Just let that be enough.
And now envision this light expanding throughout your entire body,
Up to the crown of your head and down to the soles of your feet,
Filling every cell with calm knowing,
With trust.
So let's just sit here in this clarity,
This openness,
This quiet confidence.
Let the silence speak to you.
Slowly begin to return now,
Feel your body,
Wiggle your fingers and toes and notice the stillness within you that wasn't there before.
Or maybe it was always there,
Just waiting to be remembered.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and carry this inner knowing with you.
Let it guide your next step,
Even if it's small,
Especially if it's small.
You already know.
