Find a comfortable position,
Whether that's seated or lying down,
And now gently close your eyes if that feels safe.
And now let's bring your awareness to the senses.
Notice the sounds around you,
The sensations on your skin,
And the support of the surface beneath you.
Feel the force of gravity grounding you,
Connecting you to this world,
Beginning to settle in and relax your body.
And now bring all of your awareness right into the center of you,
Focusing on your breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and out.
And now imagine yourself in a serene and tranquil studio space,
Surrounded by soft,
Natural light filtering in through large windows.
In the center of the room sits a sturdy wooden table adorned with various tools and supplies for crafting.
And you are sitting at a potter's wheel,
Where you have just finished a beautiful bowl out of clay.
The room is filled with a sense of calmness and purpose,
And you feel amazing about what you have created from your own hands,
Out of clay from Mother Earth.
And now as you look down at your beautiful creation and are getting ready to come up with a fair price for your offering,
Repeat the following words in your head.
Fairness.
Honesty.
Transparency.
Integrity.
Value.
Worthy.
Responsibility.
And now,
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Allow yourself to release any limiting beliefs or fears surrounding money and pricing.
Be open.
Open to receive.
You have created something beautiful that your client really wants.
You have put a lot of love,
Experience,
And value into this offering.
Your client wants to pay you to receive it.
It's just an exchange.
You give them what you created,
And they want to give you something back.
And in the current version of our world,
We just happen to use money to pay for something we want.
So be open to receiving that money.
Keep breathing.
And now focus your attention back on your creation in front of you.
You will find the right price for it.
One that is honest and fair.
Fair to you for all the work and value you provide,
And fair to your client.
Take a moment to rest in this knowing.
And just enjoy this moment of deep rest and relaxation in this creative sanctuary.
A place where you go to be connected with your higher self and via resonance also with your people.
And you feel a deep sense of peace and inner love for yourself and all of life around you.
And now you bring awareness to your breath and just allow your body to breathe for you with no effort whatsoever.
And when you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes and return to the present moment,
Carrying with you this deep inner knowing that if you create your offerings from an intention of love and fairness,
Then your clients will want to pay you fairly.
