Find the comfortable position,
Whether that's seated or lying down.
And now gently close your eyes if that feels safe.
And now let's bring our awareness to the senses.
Notice the sounds around you.
The sensations on your skin and the support of the surface beneath you.
Feel the force of gravity grounding you,
Connecting you to this world.
And really begin to settle in and relax your body.
And now bring all of your awareness right into the center of you,
Focusing on your breath,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Today I'll be sharing a visualization that will help you release your inhibitions to expressing yourself.
And allow you to share your wisdom and your business.
Because you are the maverick that the world needs right now.
You have so much to share,
Such a different perspective.
But I know creating change is not easy.
Part of you wants to stay invisible.
But other parts of you yearn to share your message.
With this visualization we'll encourage those parts of you.
If you haven't already,
Close your eyes now and take some deep breaths again.
Really drop into your internal eyes now.
And picture yourself sitting in your serene garden.
And this time you're not alone in your serene garden.
Right there on the lush grass under the shade of the big oak tree sit a small group of your people.
They are here because you shared your message.
They are here because they saw your LinkedIn posts,
Your Instagram reels,
They heard you speak on a podcast,
Or even here on Insight Timer.
And they wanted to hear more of what you had to say.
There is a very sublime energy of peace that's present here in your serene garden.
So take a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
And open your heart.
You are safe here with the people who resonate with your message.
You created this gathering of like-minded people by showing up,
Being visible to them.
And it feels good.
You feel heard and seen.
This is why you do your life's work.
To create change.
To create change.
And to resonate with the right people.
Your people.
And if what it takes to create these peaceful gatherings with other humans is to keep showing up and being visible,
Then you're ready for that.
Because you are brave.
Because you are a changemaker.
Promotion is not about advertising anymore.
In the new business paradigm,
Promotion is just about showing up and sharing your message.
Communicating about your worldview.
And sharing your passion about your life's work.
Helping people find solutions to their problems.
And you're so good at that.
Take a moment to rest in this knowing.
And just enjoy this moment now of deep rest and relaxation with your people in the serene garden.
In the loving company of those who've seen your message.
You feel a deep sense of peace.
An inner love for yourself and all of life around you.
And now bring your awareness to your breath.
And just allow your body to breathe for you.
With no effort whatsoever.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and return to the present moment.
Carrying with you this deep inner knowing that you are the maverick that works for you.
And that's what the world needs right now.
Your people want to see your message.
They want to hear your different perspective.
They want you to keep showing up.
And it's safe for you to do so.
